They ship it to the manufacture and charge you to do so. Consumers beware! They gave me a $1500 quote to repair the watch I sent. Rolex doesn't charge those rates. The Customer Service department argues and fights with you as a Customer, truly unbelievable."

If I could give 0 stars I would. Here is MY review of Watch Repair USA, I normally do not do reviews but feel strongly I have to get this out there. My Fendi Crazy Carots watch estimate was $399.00 for a full service overhaul, $19.99 for a battery, and seal $79.99 for a subtotal of $499.00. I rejected their offer and wanted my watch back. I received another email the next day with a 2nd offer with a $75.00 discount. (see below).The grand total with the discount was $424.94. I declined and again asked for my watch back. I declined on 11/20/2017 and they shipped it 12/08/2017.
When I received the watch back the band on one side was not connected to the body of the watch. When I contacted the company I was told to send a picture back, which I did, as management would have to see this . They then refunded me $28.18. While the watch was there for the repair (which was not done) I was told about a kiosk , of all places, that did this service. I explained the watch was expensive and needed to be sealed. I went there the day (less than 10 minutes away)after I received the watch back and I was told I needed a battery. I asked about the overhaul. He looked it over and did some testing and said $54.00 (incl tax) for the battery. I asked him about the seal. He said did you see me put that bead around the casing that is it. I asked what an overhaul would cost if needed. He said about $200.00. It has been keeping time ever since. Oh yes, the attachment of the band was incl in the price! This was done in less than 20 minutes on the spot.
