"This is my first watch from WatchMaxx. I was a little concerned purchasing on the gray market but the watch I received (Oris Aquis) is genuine, shipped very quickly, and arrived undamaged and as scheduled.

I contacted WatchMaxx requesting they contact Fed Ex to have the shipment held at a local Fed Ex office as I'm not home during the day. They took care of that detail and I was able to pick the watch up on my way home from work.

The watch arrived in a genuine Oris box complete with all manuals. As this is a gray market purchase, the warranty card is a two-year WatchMaxx warranty instead of the manufacturer's standard warranty. Given the discounted price, this struck me as a worthwhile bargain. Hopefully, I'll never have to use the warranty but if I do, I will update my review with details of that experience.
