"The watch I received looks good so far but the process took forever. It was initially suppose to take about 4-6 weeks (still seems long) but the watch never came. I had to call several times to get updates and was told the first several times it would be on the way but then nothing. I also sent emails to which there were no responses at all. The arrival date came and past and still no updates and then I was finally told there was a delay. Even then with calls all I was told was that it would be coming. The watch finally did come and looks good so far as I said but customer service wise I felt the experience was really lacking. (Took 2+ months for me to get with little to no updates or contact even when I reached out)"

"Upon receipt of my purchased items I was unhappy with it. So I returned the item shipping cost me nearly $20. Once WatchMaxx received my item they offered me a partial refund. After contacting WatchMaxx about this partial refund, they stated that Paypal charged them restocking and shipping fees, that's why I as the consumer received a partial refund. This is false. That is not how Paypal operates. Thankfully I made my purchase through paypal so I was able to escalate my dispute to get my full refund. So beware if you're someone who is particular. The items depicted online are not exactly the same. Refunds are not free and you may not get your full purchased cost reimbursed. "
