"I ordered a Tag Heuer watch from Watchmaxx, called and spoke to Dave. He said I would have it on a certain day. On delivery day I was sent an unapologetic email saying that their supplier couldn't get the watch. I called and received no apology, just excuses. Fast forward three weeks and I saw another Tag Heuer on Chrono24 I wanted, the seller was Watchmaxx. The ad said the watch was in stock so I ordered it. I called this morning and was told by Dave that they don't have the watch and wasn't sure if they could even get it. Once again, no apology, just excuses. False advertising, complete lack of customer service. Please do not do business with these people. Not only do they not deliver on their promises but are rude about it! "
"Ordered two watches, initially the company was closed for a holiday which is no problem. Paid for next day shipping but took them a week to send the first shipment. When I received the box, only one watch was sent. Freaked out thinking the other was stolen, contacted THEM and found that the vender had simply not sent it. Amazing that I had to do all the work. Then, they couldn't find the other watch, sent me the watch with a leather band instead of a bracelet to present it. Then had to send it back to them, they sourced the bracelet and changed it. ONCE AGAIN they disappointed me. Sent the correct watch with a broken presentation box. I felt like I was doing more work than them. had to get them to send me a new box and I had to send the broken one back. Presentation of such valuable items is key, no care taken at all with my order or for me as a client for that matter. You guys have SO much work to do if you want to be considered a great company in my mind. Cannot believe how badly this order was. SHALL NEVER buy or recommend you guys to anyone."
"I was in the market for a higher-end watch and after looking at a local retailer and doing some online research I landed on a great IWC watch. When I looked online for it Watchmaxx was not only the only retailer that had the model I wanted in stock, but Dave was very easy to work with, fast to respond and he helped me get the watch next day for a special birthday.
I was not sure about spending that type of money with an online retailer, but the watch was original as promised and even came with the manufactures warranty as well!
I would highly recommend this site and company and will come back here first next time I am looking for a quality time piece.

"My new WAR2010.BA0723 Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 7 Twin Time came in packed nicely. However, I realized that the watch was loosing 5 mins per day. I returned the watch to WatchMaxx for warranty. It's been over 2 months and I havent received my watch. Extremely frustrated as this is a mechanical problem with the watch, and should have been treated with a replacement or faster warranty service. The customer service told me that they are unable to replace as I did not spot the error prior to wearing the watch. Since this is a automatic watch, there is no way for me to find out if it is running slow without wearing it. Anyways, hoping my $1700 don't go down the drain and I receive the watch soon."

We went out of our way encountering high cost so we can get this customers both watches at the same time. We even had it sent on a bracelet so he can present the gift and sending him a return label to switch it out when the correct came from the manufacturer, it would have been much easier just tell the customer that we are sorry and cannot deliver onetime however we went above and beyond to satisfy this customer to no avail. We are sorry about the cardboard outer box getting damaged during shipment and we promptly sent a replacement. We do apologize again for the inconvenience we have caused.
