"Since the watches are normally sent via FedEx with signature required, I knew I wasn't going to be home home when the delivery was expected. The FedEx hub is about 50 minutes from me. The person I spoke to said the watch could be sent via UPS whose hub is 10 minutes away and that I should request UPS on the comments section, which I did. The watch was sent FedEx which was an inconvenience.
Other than that, the delivery was timely. Also, I needed to speak to a representative because I thought the watch's crown was defective. She walked me thru the problem and all was well. She was very patient with me. So that was excellent customer service which more than compensation for the delivery problem. The watch is a Tag Heuer Carrera day/date. A beautiful piece of jewelry!"
