"Decent price discount over retail on my JLC Reverso Classic Large Duo, though Jomashop had a lower price. Stuck with Watchmaxx because of the prompt customer service responses each time I called. That said, I called asking about when it would ship and was told the watch was "in their warehouse" and would ship "in the next day or so." I did this because I was originally told it would ship in 1-2 weeks. This call was on week 3. When it didn't ship for another week, I called back again and was told it still had not been received from the vendor and the rep had no idea why I would've been told that. I'd give less stars if not for the fact that this rep upgraded my shipping to next day and gave me a promise it would ship by Tuesday the following week - which it did as promise. Next time just give me a reliable date, even if it's longer than desired. You told me 1-2 weeks and it took 4 weeks. Nothing worse than complete uncertainty and damaging customer trust!"

"After reading several reviews on RR and after a friend telling me the good service he had from Watchmaxx and specifically from John, I decided to send them an email to ask about purchasing a Breitling B50. I sent the email (though their website) around 9am on Friday morning, September 30th. Since they follow the "Jewish" workweek schedule, I knew they would close at 1pm and would be closed Saturday and Sunday and due to Rosh Hashanah, they would be closed until Wednesday the 5th of October. I wanted to order my watch early that morning so it would be shipped before they closed.
After several hours of no response, I tried calling and calling and calling and calling and no one answered. No voice mail, no computer, no VRU, NOTHING. It was like this decided to check out early.
No big deal. There are too many other options when it comes to purchasing online and so I went to a competitor. Sent an email, was responded to in very short order. Got my answer and ordered my watch. It will be here Monday morning (October 3, 2016)
I might try again in the future to make a purchase from Watchmaxx, but I was disappointed this time. Seems like someone wasn't doing their job."
