"Who doesn't love a white ceramic timepiece? I've shopped for awhile and had narrowed things down between a Chanel J12 and a Tag Heuer Aquaracer. The Tag had a couple of things that I appreciated above the J12 (such as being able to see the time in the dark) and Tag's price was considerably lower than a J12 (even a pre-owned J12). I've owned a Tag in the past and loved the reliability and style of it so I searched out WAY1391.BH0717 for a great price from a reputable seller. Watchmaxx had the best price ($1650 vs. Macys' $2500) on an authentic product and the company also has great reviews. I took a chance after reading the return policy which made me feel confident w/my purchase. Also great that Amazon payments was available so I didn't have to search out my credit card to pay. On Friday, 3/17, I received notification the watch was coming by FedEx (signature and ID required) and I picked it up on Saturday, 3/18. Beautiful item, new, pristine, excellent packaging for shipment... online shopping does not get any better than this. "

"Due to delivery issues with Fedex and an error on end of Watchmaxx, I had to make two trips to local Fedex office to pick up package. The first trip to the office was closed, I got there about two minutes after close time. Upon opening package, it was discovered the item, a mens Rado watch, is missing!!!. The packed was supposed to be delivered this past Monday, 2/6, the Fedex driver did not knock on the door, just left a door tag. My mother was home and driver did not knock, Watchmaxx rep(s) chose to have package held at Fedex office. I was previously told by Fedex that they do not hold packages, this is not the first case of misinformation by them.. Watchmaxx rep(s) today stated they would not refund shipping charges, I would have to pay return shipping as well, in case it was refused back to them.. I was able to pick up package only to discover item is missing!!! I already filed complaints with BBB (Better Business Bureau) and Brooklyn Attorney General's office prior in regard to refusal of package/refund of shipping charges...I will be sure to inform them the item was not even in box.."
