"We ordered a red leather recliner. It was exactly as described and arrived when promised. It was, however, damaged. I called Wayfair and did not spend a long time on hold. They immediately sent out another chair and told us to keep or give away the damaged one. This was my first experience with Wayfair and left such a good impression that I will definitely shop with them again.
