"I ordered a coffee table from Wayfair at an awesome price. Upon unpacking the table, it was chipped and damaged on the top at the edge. After calling Wayfair and explaining what happened, they were going to replace the table free of charge AND not even have me return the damaged table. They were friendly, helpful, and sorry that I had that experience. They wanted to make it right.
To be clear, Wayfair was NOT responsible for how the coffee table was packaged. The company packaging and shipping the table should have used more padding, bubble wrap, etc. to protect the item during transit. Overall, I would buy from Wayfair again because they stand behind the products they sell.
