"Webeye sent the wrong prescription. Rep did not explain that they had to have the incorrect ones back prior to shipping new. Immediately shipped back the same day and gave rep the tracking number. Said they would expedite. After a couple of follow up calls, finally received correct contacts a month later. Total cycle from order to receipt of correct contact was 1.5 months. Not acceptable when one is out of contacts and hates glasses"
