"I live in Seattle, but am stuck here in Pennsylvania during the lockdown.
I was unable to reach my dr office, as they were closed during the lockdown.
I finally was able to reach them when their assistant came in to water the plants. She said someone from WebEyeCare would have to contact the office, but said they were only there for very limited hours during the lockdown.
I called WebEyeCare, and was blessed to get Miss Sheila. I explained the time constraints at my dr's office, and that there was a three hour time difference. She quickly grasped the immediacy of my situation. She called my dr's office in Seattle in time to get my prescription over the phone. ..on a Friday! By Monday, my contacts were shipped!
Miss Sheila made, what could have been a nightmare situation, a great experience! She was kind, she listened, and she took action!
