"Ordered and sent prescription originally in June. After 3 weeks passed and no contacts, I called to check status. Then was told the order was never processed, my prescription was never filled. I then reordered, was charged an additional $118.00 and new order was submitted. I then recieved an email, the next day that they had been shipped as of July 9, with a tracking #. Its now July 20 and still no contacts. Did you ship them, from where? Ridiculous and I deserve better and a refund. I work in healthcare and to wear a mask 12 hours a day with glasses is not optimum."

"I paid to get my contacts quickly but, they took over a week to confirm my prescription- I verified a correction was needed and that added 3 business days, which is absolutely ridiculous. then I was told my lenses were backordered so I emailed 3 addresses to cancel the order or to refund me the extra paid for expidition - no response at all. I'd already ordered and received new lenses form an amazing company by the time I received the shipping notification today. this company's service is shoddy and their support a joke. I'm returning the package, unopened, as soon as it's delivered and will be filing with the BBB if not immediately refunded. you get what you pay for, apparently "

"I ordered contacts for my son May 29. My credit card was charged the 30th. Only received the email saying order was being processed. Called to check on the 11th of June and was told they were not sure what was happening and I would receive a call or email later that day. No call or email. I called back again morning of the 12th. It is now over 10 business days from my order. Again was told they were not sure what is going on and they were reporting to a supervisor. They apologized for lack of communications yesterday and promised to call me today. Never called again!! I recalled about 5:30 and was told all supervisors were gone and my issue would be reported but I most likely would not hear back until after the weekend. My son is now out of contacts and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. "

"When I placed my order on 5/27, the website said that my contacts were in stock and would ship after prescription verification. Two days later, I received an email saying that my contacts were not in stock and that they would have to be ordered from the manufacturer delaying shipping by 7-10 business days. On 6/10, I received an email saying that my contacts had shipped. If I would've known that my contacts were not in stock, I would've gone elsewhere. "
