"I placed my order on Feb 8th after repeatedly asking for a tracking number with no reply i got an email on the 22nd saying my order was "lost in transit" and they will resend the contacts "at no extra charge" to me. They have been giving me the runaround for 2 weeks. They have terrible customer service and i will never order from them again."
"I had to return contacts because of a prescription change and the return process is so frustrating that I will not use them again. They do not communicate that they receive your return and you get answers that range from 3 weeks to 6 weeks if you ask when you will get your credit. So when you ask them where your credit is at 6 weeks and they tell you that they do not have your return, it is extra work on everyone to figure out where the package from 6 weeks ago is. Also, I am now on week 7 and I still don't have my credit."
"Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with Webeyestore. I placed order and after it was accepted I was then told contacts were on back order - wouldn't have placed order if I was told this upfront. Called to ask how long it would take, no live person every answers the phone, left a message, no call back. Emailed them and was told they would ship in a week. Three weeks later still no contacts. Called and was told they shipped two weeks ago and to be patient because sometimes the mail is slow at Christmas. What a bunch of baloney! I asked for a tracking number but of course they didn't have one. Contacts did finally show up but I would never shop here again! Horrible customer service and no help if there are problems."

"I ordered my contacts on October 10. The order was shipped on October 12th via USPS. I thought it might take as long as 7 days. So by the 22nd or so, I called to see what happened to my package. They didn't know but they said they would try to track the package and if that failed, they would mail a second package. Today is November 4th and STILL NO PACKAGE! I called today and was ON HOLD for 28 MINUTES before "Esther" answered my call. I told her I was on hold for 28 minutes and it didn't phase her. She told me that my package had to be sent from the manufacturer to Web Eye store and then to me. It would have been nice to have received an email about this but nope! She gave me a tracking number (and it actually works) and it's in transit. We'll see if I get my contacts THIS month! If you like BEING ON HOLD for 30 MINUTES and CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE and BEING LEFT IN THE DARK, then WebEye Store is definitely for you. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! JUST AWFUL!!"
