"Never recieved my contact lenses. They sent me a tracking number but the tracking number just gives me a zip code and does not provide any evidence that it was delivered to my address (which it was not). The post office is not able to provide evidence to me (the customer) as to the address that they put on the package. The best part is that they refused to take responsibility for this and told me to deal with the post office. I am going to give WebEyes a chance to fix this issue (although I will not have my contacts by the time I go on vacation as I initially intended) before I write them off but based on what I am reading I am going to be out of luck. Please Web Eye Store, restore my confidence in your company. "
"These people cheated me out of at least $75. They can't get a simple order right and don't send invoices or packing slips with your lenses causing all kinds of problems when you try to return them. I tried to get my order straightened out for over an entire year to no avail. They like to blame the postal service for "lost" lenses. Please take heed and spend your money elsewhere.
***Update 12-11-11 Web Eye Store is saying that I never sent the contacts back to them. Not only did I send back the first order they messed up immediately, but I also sent back the second order they also botched at my own expense. I did not wait 6 months as they are claiming and I have the delivery confirmation documentation to prove this. How a company can blatantly lie like this can remain in business is beyond me.***"

"UPDATE: November 28th- 2 monnths later- No contacts and terrible customer service- don't expect them to help when they mess up your order and you don't receive it. I guess its okay to give people free money with no expectation that the merchandise will be recieved. The post office has now confirmed twice with me that they don't have the package.
UPDATE: My contacts are NOT sitting in the post office. I have no contacts and now no money. NO one ever sent me a tracking number after the order was on backorder for over 2 weeks. Now the company wont refund me or send out a new shipment. I feel like i've been scammed.
I am also experiencing shipping and customer service problems and now the company won't even return my emails. No one seems to pick up the phone either. The most important thing about on online business is actually being responsive and showing the same care as if another person is standing face-to-face with you. Communication from the start was very disorganized and frustrating. Everything from opening a pdf, to contacting the right doctor, plus a back-order. When the package finally went out, I got no notice of it, only to find out that it got delivered. Delivered to where? Don't know. Hopefully it will be sitting in the post office when i can get time off of work to check- not easy in nyc. I almost feel like they're being difficult on purpose. I'd rather spend more and be able to see right now. "

I received 11 of the 12 boxes that I ordered, and with impressively slow shipping (one month) to boot. I feel like I'm being swindled, though I hope it's just a bad case of disorganization. After two weeks I'm still waiting for responses to my two emails to customer service. At this point, the dollars I saved by using webeyestore have been dwarfed by the inconvenience it's caused me. I may not even receive that final box of contacts."

Order marked as shipped on September 21. It is October 10 (13 business days later) and I still have not received them. I am about to file a complaint with the BBB. They are slightly cheaper than other online retailers but NOT worth the unreliable service."
"Worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I played my order 7/20/11 with the 5 day shipping option. I called 7/30 and finally reached someone ( I waited on hold for 15 minutes) in the shipping department. He said that my order had not reached the shipping department yet. . .he didn't know where it was. .. . and that he would call me when he figured out what had happened. I did not receive any calls and called back three days later. I left three messages that day, as no one would answer, and followed up with an email. I finally received an email on 10/2 saying my order had been shipped from the warehouse to the sorting facility and that I should expect my order that week. Today is 10/10, I have not received my order, I placed three more calls today, can't reach anyone, and have not heard back from the email I sent last Friday. Prices look good with these guys but the service is terrible. Pay the extra $10 and order from someone else. I have been wearing my last pair of 1-week contacts for a month now."

"Very quick service! Unfortunately, I need a different prescription (not Web Eye Store's mistake, but the Doctor's).
Tried to call for the ‘Return Authorization’ which they say is needed for all returns (for the 4 ‘wrong prescription’ boxes ordered earlier), but always got voicemail saying that all operators were busy.... I left my name/number, etc. per their request, but no one called me back, so I sent my request via email.

"Ordered my normal lenses in a very standard size. Took a week to find out they were "discontinued" and had my order cancelled. Sure wish they'd monitor their website offerings a lot more closely and at least provide a notice when ordering that a product isn't available or is at present available in a very limited set of sizes.
Until I wrote a negative review I never got a human response, either, just a bunch of automated replies. When I did get a reply it was very thorough, though, which I thought showed they did care and were not just fly-by-night. So to that extent I'm happy with them."
