They said they cancelled it (at the store level) because they didn’t have the item, but I never got an email notification. The associate said the email trigger for cancellations has not been working. "I shop frequently online and found White House Black Market was one of the worst. I can't remember if they sent me a confirmation but they may have because I did a lot of shopping before Christmas and may have deleted it. But when I sent an email contacting them for the information, I never heard from them. I never received an email when it was shipped and there was no tracking information. My order took almost a month to deliver and I had given up. The order was delivered two days before Christmas. I will never order online from this company again."
"They placed a “free gift” in my shopping cart and charged me $36 for it!!?? There was no option to remove it… No hyperlink to remove the free gift. I tried logging off and logging back in, I tried removing all the items in my cart and re-adding them later, I tried going all the way to the end of the sale, to the point where I was paying with my PayPal account to see if the charge would fall off, and it did not. I called customer service twice and explained the issue and I emailed customer service five times explaining the issue. The 2nd customer service agent that I spoke to on the phone admitted that it was a known problem with the IT department. ??? All of the emails that I sent to customer service have gone unanswered, save one that told me to “simply click the remove button in the cart.” ??? There is no remove button, that’s the problem; there is no option to remove this free gift: even removing all the items from the cart does not remove the free gift which begs the question- what qualifies you for this free gift? That free gift remains in my cart to this exact moment; it has been there all through the month of December. I cannot make a purchase without having a $36 up charge added to anything that I purchase. My account is completely corrupted. "
"I was purchasing an egift card and found it confusing. The form asked for contact information. Wouldn't that be me since it's my
order? And the recipient would then come under shipping information? So I filled in my information. Nope, there was no request for shipping information so I backtracked to delete my information and make the recipient the contact, hoping that the only contact would be the delivery of the ecard. I only persisted because my niece had requested WHBM specifically. Next year, I'll ask her for a different vendor."

Placed order almost 1 month ago. Received notice that order was received and that it was shipping. Unfortunately the shipping confirmation is not linked to anything. The email says package is en route but there’s no way to actually track it. I have contacted WHBM twice and have not received a response. This is totally unacceptable!
