Keep coming out with stylish pants and jeans but be sure to make them in 35-36" length, because I have noticed not all pants come in this length."
"I ordered a Medium Runway pant and it was too big in the waist. I called Customer service to return the item however, the customer service rep encouraged me to re-order a smaller size based on what i told her about my body type. she could have easily just taken my return request. Instead, she demonstrated genuine interest in my satisfaction and in my desire to wear these pants! I placed my order for a size small and 2 days later they arrived at my doorstep. She was correct....size small worked and I'm super excited to wear them ! "
"This was my 1st time shopping at WHBM. My wife's loves their clothes, but this was an awful experience. I places my order around Oct. 26th. Two new jackets and a blouse. Everything was in stock when I added to my "bag" and throughout checkout. I thought ordering over 2 weeks before her birthday would be plenty of time in case of errors. I was WRONG. After the 1st email notifying me the order had shipped, I noticed only 2 of the 3 items were shipped. After logging back into my account, I noticed that now my 3rd item was backordered. So, I called customer service and the lady I spoke to said no problem, they had the item in the warehouse and it would ship no later than Nov. 2nd. Being that was in my birthday time frame I said ok and just kept an eye on things. Nov. 4th rolled around and no emails about another shipment, so, I called customer service back and was told I needed to be patient because the warehouse had been closed to give their employees to day off to vote and it would go out the next day. Well, as you can imagine, that answer didn't set well with me. After ANOTHER call, I was told they are just not sure what's going on. I still have yet to see my order, birthday has come and gone and now everything i ordered is on a massive sale???? This is unacceptable in my opinion and they will not see anymore of my business online. "

"I ordered two mesh turtle neck tops, which run small in the shoulder. So I called customer service to see if I could exchange them.
They sent me a return label, and I returned the tops with a note to exchange for a different size.... which of course was not done, they simply refunded me.
But of course now the price had gone up... so I called customer service again to see if they would honor the original price and send me two new tops in the original price I paid. They said they could only do it for one top and they didn’t have the other one in stock. So I ordered the one top with customer service, and then went online and found the one I wanted for full price!
All in all, frustrating and A Lot of work just to get it right."

"I had a large purchase returned it 10 days ago just called because I have received zero communications about it and most companies respond the second your label is scanned. I was informed it would take about 4 weeks to process the return. 4 WEEKS. That will be my last order with WHBM."
