"I had a really bad experience with WHBM. I ordered a lace blouse and when it was delivered the camisole was not included. This is a lace, see through blouse. I was told to return it and the whole product would be shipped correctly. I did as I was told but the second shipment came exactly the same way!!! Waited multiple weeks for this Only to have it delivered incomplete Again! I then reached out to customer service again and have never heard back ! Very disappointing! This is supposed to be a high end retail experience! "
