"I ordered a Thunderbolt today from a sales rep at Wirefly who inspired little confidence in me. I paid full retail off contract price and ordered it shipped to my business. Confirmation email asked me to agree to a 24 month Verizon contract. WTF, so I called customer service. They told me my order had been cancelled. I asked why. I was told they couldnt tell me. I asked for a supervisor. She said some info I gave was incorrect. It turns out, my shipping and billing address didnt match. Well duh, I ordered it shipped to my place of work. Why didnt the original rep tell me they couldnt do this? So I asked the supervisor to have it shipped to my home. No, she said, the order was cancelled so I would have to place a new order putting another 689.00 on my debit card.
Sorry, but this was too much. Ill informed sales reps. Customer service supervisors reading from a script who could care less about customers. And finally after placing my order elsewhere, I emailed Wirefly and detailed my experience. Not so much as a word in return Not ever "sorry for your inconvenience"
In the end, the old adage is true. You get what you pay for and in the case of Wirefly, low prices mean crappy service."

I gave them a try and found they're products to be very well priced and they're services to be nothing short of great!
