"This was the third purchase I've had with wirefly and just like the previous two, it went flawlessly. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best parts was when I was offered the insurance I wasn't sure if I wanted it at the time. The sales person informed me that I could think about it and decide later. I decided to get it later and when I was talking to the Verizon Rep. durning activation of my new pkone he asked if I wanted insurance. I informed him I had already purchased it throuhg Wirefly. He asked me about the details and said it was a much better deal than he could offer through Verizon.

"Hmmmmmm! Ordered a basic cell through Wirefly. Less than 90 days and it totally locked up. Contacted Customer Service which did try and resolve the problems. At the end of the conversation the problem of the system (phone)locking up was not correctable.The Rep arranged for a new phone to be shipped, no additional charges, no shipping or handling fee's and the replacement phone actually arrived 2 days earlier than projected. Think u could definately say I am a Happy Camper again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"At first had a positive experience with my purchase of a "new" HTC Thunderbolt. Got the package and it was poorly packed....was totally loose in a large box and rolling around inside. Got the phone activated but then could not connect to 4g. All sorts of other problems.....GPS does not locate me where I am at......shows about 2 miles away. Wiped out the cache and it showed correctly then the next time again showed about 2 miles away. Incoming calls do not identify who is calling from the contact list......on and on.
Called to get some tech support and only got a phone rep who really knew nothing about trouble shooting the phone....does not seem to be any way to actually contact someone who is a tech, then wanted to return it but wanted a $250 deposit to send me another phone until the first one they sent me was returned. I do not have a land line and can not be without a cell phone. Finally the customer agent waived the deposit fee and will have to see if the "new" phone coming in is any better.
Anyone know if Wirefly is sending out refurbished phones as "new" phones? Sure would explain all the problems."
"I was so happy when i found wirefly we got 4 free phones for a 2 year contract upgrade with verizon. I could not believe it to be true we recieved the phones on march the 8th and upgraded our plan with smartphones and internet service that we did not have before. I have been bragging to eveyone i see then on the 19th i got my first bill only to find out that my bill was prorated for the whole time instead of starting my internet service immediately,like i was told, I was SHOCKED to get a bill for $240.00 for overage fees on the internet.That witch was suppose to be covered when selling me a smart phone and extra internet fees I just purchased over 200.00 in insurance fees for my new phones and now i get a bill for $485. A bill i can not pay very Misleading."
"Very Very Bad Experience. I place a order for Family package With free phones & Data plan. Order was successfully placed and confirmed online. The Next day The Wirefly customer Service calls us and say that AT&T asked us to pay $1000 Deposit to issue us the New plan. They havent said why $1000? We called AT&T to cross check and they said they havent asked any deposit from us. They also checked my account and said the credit score was 790.
This is all Tricks from Wirefly. I hate this site, this is the second time it happened with wirefly.
Kim Wirefly Never asked me in writing, they have asked me to call and when i called you, That is when you have asked for $1000 Deposit.
Other thing is when you have advertised the deal on the website and i Did order what i wanted according to the deal. Then and the Order was confirmed on your website without any issues. Then Why should you ask to change my Plan or Higher plan.?"
"I was supposed to get a $25 credit due to a promotion that took place 2 days after I purchase my Thunderbolt. The initial supervisor told me it would take 24 hrs to be credited to my account. 24 hrs go by and nothing. The next supervisor told me the same thing and still nothing 24 hrs later. The next supervisor(Cecille) told me it needed to be handled by their finance department and that would take up to 14 days. 13 days later I called and talked to supervisor Lissa who assured me the credit would be there the next day. 24 hrs later, that’s right, still nothing. I waited and extra couple of days and still nothing. The NEXT supervisor(Sean) tells me he is going to “escalate” the account in order to get it resolved and I could be sure to hear back from him 5 hrs later. Guess what, 5hrs later and still nothing. By the way, every supervisor after the first said they would call me and never did. So when I call back and ask for Sean he is “unavailable” and I have to explain the situation AGAIN TO YET ANOTHER SUPERVISOR. This time supervisor Benjamin assures me that it should only take another 12 to 24 hrs to finally resolve this and that he will call me. When I ask him if he will be there the next day so I can speak to him if(when) my account is not credited, he says he doesnt want to give me that information. What CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER who is ACTUALY TRYING TO HELP A CUSTOMER doesnt say something like ‘yes I will be here so be sure to ask for me so we can resolve this for you’ or ‘no I will not but I will be here the next day if you’d like to call me then’. Obviously the goal is to give the customer the run around, get them off the phone, and hope you never have to deal with them again. Hence the reason I talked to 6 DIFFERENT MANAGERS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. By the way, its been 12hrs so far and still nothing from Benjamin. I won’t hold my breath."
