"Ordered my phone Mon., received it Tues. in perfect working condition. This was a new line added to an existing Verizon Family Plan. You can keep your old number. The phone, a Samsung Zeal, which was offered free from Wirefly, has given me no problems so far. Next day shipping. No tax. No shipping charges. Free phone. The whole deal cost me nothing. The activation fee of $25, which is charged up front, was refunded on my first bill from Verizon. The phone activated correctly with no problems, and the account setup through Verizon was transparent. I was hesitant at first because you have to provide a credit card, and they'll ding you $200 if you don't follow the rules. The contract requires that you read all of the fine print, carefully, and you understand it, and you keep the phone activated on the same plan with no changes to the plan for that phone for 6 months. This is really not much different from buying from a kiosk at the mall, except the phone prices at Wirefly are much lower, and the phone I wanted was available. Some of the Kiosks didn't even have the phone I wanted. I checked prices at the stores, kiosks, Verizon online, calling Verizon direct...Wirefly beat them all.
