"Okay I have ordered a HTC hd7,with unlimited minutes,text and web I even got tethering and WiFi sharing. Unfortunately I had only unlimited minutes and web. I called customer service and they said it should be activated,and I have to wait 24 hours.Okay I wait 24 hours and the features still aint ready. So I called customer service again and they said something happened on there end and they have to send the information again,and wait for another 24 hours. I did this process 3 to 4 times. So I called asking bout my account and if my features is already activated and they replied everything activated on there end. I asked how to operate tethering and WiFi sharing and my phone.they said to call t-mobile customer service and they can help me. So I called t-mobile customer service asking about tethering and WiFi sharing and they said you have no messaging and tethering on your account only minutes and web. So I've been calling back and forth,back and forth, trying to understand who should I believe? Wirefly for telling me everything is activated,or t-mobile nothing is activated only web and minutes. So what did i pay for when i ordered my phone?. I'm confident i have asked for this features on my phone before it was ship to my home"
"I was very leary about ordering a phone through Wirefly. I checked them out at Verizon customer service and found they are an authorized retailer. I was able to upgrade to 2 Droid x's for free. I don't know how they make their money because shipping is free. Our phones seem to be working fine so far. Wirefly told me they don't deal with refurbished phones either. I ordered our phones late on a Wednesday and they arrived Friday. "
"Purchased a Droid incredible at a reasonable price... Recieved the product in 2 days, however, the product was clearly a store return or a refurb unit.. It had scratches and didn;t even have a film on the screen... The phone does function properly though.. I looked back at their website, but nowhere in their website do they mention it is a refurb... I needed the phone imediately, that I didn't have a chance to return it. However, feeled like being ripped off...

As soon as I had this review posted, wirefly contacted me and reviewed my issue... They sent a brand new phone next day air with everything activated that I could use the phone immediately...

"I was nervous about buying my new Droid 2 Global through wirefly since I'd only ever gotten phones through Verizon. However, I was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy it was! I had no difficulty at all. All transactions were smooth and headache free. The only problem was my phone cover was out of stock at the time(not exactly wirefly's fault), but is now on it's way, probably to arrive by tomorrow. Sure, getting a smart phone will increase your bill by $30.00 but after realizing everything these phones can do, it's a very small price to pay. "We recently purchased two Droid Incredibles. The $0 price was great but several mishaps came between ordering and getting activated. They changed our phones for about an hour one day while processing our phones so that we were without phones, without warning. We run our busines with our phones.....This was VERY upsetting. Second, once our phones were delivered they AGAIN cut the service to our old phones, we were in the middle of a very busy workday....business CANNOT run without phone. Again, this was done without warning. I find the fact that you cannot talk to anyone, only internet chat is frustrating when you are needing help. I will say the online help is good. So in summary; phones and prices great; service has something to be desired. "

I read that they would have to inspect the phone first then send it back to me after they were done inspecting it. We opened a 5 line account and two of the sim cards apparently had belonged to a different already used account. When I spoke a acctivation rep they said that they appologized and two new sims would be in the mail that day( which was a thursday) well today is wednesday and my sim cards r still not here. "I was concerned about making my first purchase with Wirefly and then I found the reviews on this site and they eased many of my fears.
I wanted to detail my experience to hopefully alleviate the fears of anyone considering purchasing from Wirefly in the future. I have an account with 4 cell phones through Verizon, I was due for an upgrade on one of those numbers and wanted to purchase the Droid2. The price on Wirefly was 1/10th of the cost from Verizon so I was a little suspicious, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is, sort of thing...
Well, in this case it was true and I am thrilled with my purchase! I spoke to a very nice man at Wirefly (yes he was from India but his English & diction were perfect and he was a complete gentleman!)
My fear was; it seemed they were going to treat this phone as it's own separate account rather than extending the contract for that line, he assured me several times (very patiently) that was not the case.
I later learned that because it was a secondary line, charged at 9.99 per month on my main account, they had to write the order listing my current plan of 1400 friends & family at 119.00 per month.
To receive those great prices you need to have a plan that is a minimum amount each month, which is perfectly understandable.
I made the purchase and received an email announcing my phone had shipped the very next day.
The phone arrived just 2 days later (that was with free shipping) and it was very easy to activate. My plan at Verizon remained the same as before, with a 2 year extension on that line, just as I had wanted. I'm very happy with my experience & the new Droid2.
I am amazed at the great prices available at Wirefly, the customer service was also outstanding. I will be purchasing from them again and recommending them to everyone I know!!
I hope my experience will help alleviate any concerns about purchasing from this company. They delivered exactly what they promised and you will not find a better price.

"My initial experience with wirefly.com as far as placing an order and receiving it has been great. The problem was what happened after that. I had ordered an additional line on my family plan and Blackberry torch. The order was processed in a timely fashion and I received the phone quick (1 day shipping). I got all this at an incredible price of $0.00 mind you. Once I received the phone I had issues with the performance itself, reboots, call drops etc. I already have 4 phones on my family plan all from AT&T and never had the issues that I mentioned before. So I called wirefly.com to exchange the instrument for a Samsung Captivate. It was 69.00 when I had ordered the blackberry but when I called back for the exchange the price had gone up to 169.00. I understand that prices change periodically so instead opted for the Motorola Bravo which I was informed was also free of cost. Sent in the blackberry with RMA # and was processed promptly. Couple of days into it I was informed that the instrument is out of stock and will not be restocked. There was no other instrument that was reasonably priced for my budget and hence decided to terminate the service from them entirely since it’s within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period. I don’t have a phone but AT&T claims that my line was never terminated within the 30 day grace period by wirefly.com. I contact Wirefly.com and they claim that they have closed the account and will check on it again and within 24 hrs it should be all set. This morning I check with AT&T after the 24hr wait and they said it’s still active and I will have to pay ETF if I cancel now. So long story short it felt like an automotive insurance policy. Buying experience has been great till you run into trouble and you are on your own. What a shame as I liked the initial customer experience a lot."

"Well, where to start. I have purchased lots of cell phones, But the way Wirefly seem to beat everyones prices is a mistery? I have ordered a phone from them at 7:30 pm and had it in my hand next morning by 9:am, They explain everything going in, So My family has used them for quite sometime and were all happy with the service.
