"The fact that the phone is listed as stolen with verizon and the fact that there is not a packing label and the fact that it just took me a half hour of my cell minutes to get through to customer service and request a packing label is just poor customer service. I will never use your company again. I will let all my friends and family know that they too should never use your company. When I called verizon three times to try and activate it thinking they must be a mistake and they kept telling me no this phone is on our list and can not be activated. They tell me your company is a third party company and they can not do anything for me. Obviously this must be a used phone or battery and this too upsets me. This should not happen. Your company should check the numbers to make sure the phones are not used. Your manufacturer needs to know that they sent you a phone that is reported lost or stolen. Why? Can you possibly correct this problem so that it does not happen again? I imagine not. I imagine it will be business as usual. Folks like me will have to be aggravated and folks like me will find out not to use your company because of the dishonest practices of selling used phones keeping the money and not allowing returns and making sure the return packing label is not in the box. Why didn't my phone have a packing label, this tells me you do not want it returned and since it has to be back within 14 days your company makes it almost impossible to return in a timely manner.
I chatted with a live agent but actually felt like this was not a real person but computer generated responses. The agent would not answer my question and just kept apologizing. My question is how do I put a testimonial on your website? I mailed the package back this morning. Did exactly as all the instructions read. This is taking up a ridiculous amount of my time. I no longer want my information on your website. Please delete me as I will not be wasting anymore time trying to speak with anyone from your company. Instead I will be posting some blogs and let people know do not use your company due to your unfair practices. There was nothing on the website indicating that the phone was not returnable. All of the literature in the box claimed there was a label. Don't send instructions claiming there is a label when there is not. Don't send phones that are reported lost or stolen? Here's a thought, you lost a customer so why not try to do better and be more honest with people? I suppose it is all about money, when it boils down, it is just about lining your pockets and not about caring for the customer."
"It's not worth buying from Wirefly. They have some weired clauses about early termination fee(in addition to carrier ETF). This is almost hidden or somewhere in the corner which is very difficult to notice unless you read through entire Terms and conditions. However carrier ETF conditions they mention in very clearly and visible.
Whatever discount mentioned at wirefly, you get it in Authorized carrier stores - just mention them that online it is available cheep.
I ended up paying $400 ETF to Wirefly and $200 to T-Mobile.. Which is totally unfair. Wirefly just stores your credit card data and don't even contact you before charging credit card :) When contact their customer care, they don't care :(

I got a immediate reply to this review below from wirefly customer service and they mentioned they contact me for resolving the issue. So far, no one contacted. If they have sincerity in resolving it, why they were so arrogant when I called? Now by replying the review, they are just doing the damage control, not helping the customer who is impacted :("
"Wow, I'm still dissatisfied. I recently wrote a review about Wirefly. At the time, I was waiting on my replacement phone (Droid 2 Global) to come in the mail to replace my, at the time, current phone (Also a Droid 2 Global.) The phone itself took over a month to finally arrive. As expected, my "new" phone started freezing up, and having issues within the first month I had it, much like my old one.
I'm currently still using the Droid 2 Global, and it still, to this second, is messing up. Actually, I just tried to send a text and it was opening random things while I was trying to do so. I cannot express how fed up I am with this phone, and partially with this company as well. I'm glad they replaced my phone with a new one, but all they had to do was google reviews for that phone and see that there are HORROR stories about them. So why send me the same exact phone if there's a 99% chance it's going to mess up?
What do I want? I was a brand new, different phone. I know it can be done, too. I absolutely will not receive another Droid 2 Global again. It is hands down the worst phone I've ever owned. To make my situation more understandable, I'll put it this way. People don't pay a cell service company if they have poor signal everywhere. So, if my phone messes up every time I try to use it, why should I pay for it as well? If I have great signal everywhere, that doesn't do me any good if I can't utilize it, correct?
