"It was great, I hadn't ever heard of wirefly but when I was looking at the Galaxy Nexus on Samsungs web site I saw that they had Wirefly as one of the sellers of the device. So i checked it out, I couldn't have been happier. The price for the phone was amazing, i had made a mistake when I made my order for my wireless plan. They notified me and we walked through some options and got everything squared away for me. My phone arrived the next all setup and ready to go. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will definetly come back again!"
"meh...i recently signed up for verizon thru wirefly. price for the phone was $79.99 w/ 2 year contract but less than 3 days after i signed up (before i even got the phone in the mail) they dropped the price of the phone to $49.99. i've been out of work for about 6 months and i could really use the $$$. i called their support and also emailed, they won't budge on refunding the difference. i'm sure $30 is nothing to a large company like wirefly but to me it could go a long way. i asked about getting a free accesory to make up for the price drop and the CS rep said she would send me a BT headset and i'd get a confirmation email for it in next few hours. almost a week since i purchased and still no email, i doubt it's coming. i don't really have a use for the BT headset though, and i broke down and bought the case i wanted on ebay, so theres more $$$ spent that could have gone to bills or gas.i don't think i'd deal w/ them again, or at least i'd shop around 1st and only use them as a last resort.
UPDATE 4/24/2012:
shortly after posting this review i received an email from Wirefly stating that a price match credit has been approved. today i checked my bank account and the $30 refund has been deposited to my account. While i appreciate the fact that Wirefly did the right thing and refunded the money, i still don't think that it should have taken a call and an email to CS, and ultimately public shaming to get them to do so. also, i did eventually get the bluetooth headset they offered me even though i never received an email confirming it was submitted or shipped."

"This is my first time doing service with Wirefly. I recently ordered a Samsung phone to port my number and begin service with TMobile. But I didn't like the phone for several reasons, so on April 12th, the same day it was activated I called Wirefly to exchange it for a LG MyTouch Q, and was told that I had to first return the Samsung, then, when Wirefly recieves the Samsung they will then ship out the exchange phone. I went to FedEx and returned the phone the same day. That was on April 12, so now I'm waiting for them to receive the phone from FedEx. I wish I would have known all of this before I began service with Wirefly. And I wish I could have ordered a phone that I liked, so I wouldn't have to go through all the trouble of exchanging. But I guess you learn something new everyday. Now I know."
