"I will never deal with Wirefly again and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I ordered a Verizon Droid Bionic through their site and my life has been nothing but hell. About one month after receiving my phone I started receiving calls from Simplexity, the parent company of Wirefly, demanding that I pay a $400 fee for breaking my contract with Verizon. I repeatedly explained to them that I never broke my contract and was still using the phone that I purchased through them. I sent in copies of bills, and even date-stamped pictures of me holding the device. I protested that this must be some sort of book keeping error on their part and provided more than enough proof. I was informed by a representative named Harold that they "didn't care" and errors in their system were "not their problem." They charged my credit card and I have now paid well over and above the no-contract price of the phone.
Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences of my life."
