"My mother and I share a Sprint account, she lives in Florida, I am in Texas. The phone I was adding to our account is to be used here in Texas, I wanted the phone shipped directly to me as well as I wanted a Dallas number on the phone, so it would be local. I was told that was not possible, the phone would have to be shipped to my mom in Florida and have a Florida number assigned. I went ahead with this as I couldn't pass on getting the Transform Ultra for free vs. $100 at Sprint. It is however just a pain to have to then have my mom take the phone to UPS, spend an additional $20 to send me the phone, and then once I get the phone, have to call Sprint and change the phone number so it will be local in Dallas. This all could have been avoided and saved me $20 had they just worked with us. All account info for Sprint could have been verified and this could have been a lot smoother transaction.
**UPDATE** After posting this review Wirefly made the phone number change for me. Additionally since I had to pay to have the phone shipped from my mother in Florida to me in Texas, Wirefly has sent me a free accessory to make up for the trouble and added expense. Chidi in customer care was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding and really made me feel that they seen the errors of the situation and truly wanted to resolve the issue with us. Thank you, you have now satisfied a new customer, and we will definitely do business with Wirefly in the future."

"I visited the site, probably 5 times before I made the decision to do business with Wirefly. It was a combination of leaving my carrier, and working with a reseller rather than the carrier direct. But I read good reviews, I liked the pricing. Hopefully, my first bill is not ridiculous. Also, I had multiple times and recieved the answers I needed. Probably 3-4 times. The customer service is good. Also I posted comments on a wirefly demo video where Bob did the review. He actually answered a question or 2 of mine through the message board. "Hi, my experience with Wirefly was great! I was in need of a new phone and had a full two year upgrade available. I knew that I wanted a T-mobile HTC Mytouch 4g slide, but I didn't want to pay between $200-$250. So my search for a better price began from Ebay to KSL to pawn shops.
