The "customer service" representative stated that I should be MORE THAN happy to not have a phone for two days in order to receive the discounted price of the phone, and that SHE could do without for two days. Now they are reporting me as refusing to pay and sending it to collections and it will affect my credit rating. They are blaming anyone but themselves for sending me a pre-activated phone, saying it's my fault and Verizon's fault and they have done their job and are a good company. They are not. Do not let the low prices draw you in, because it is all a scam."
