"I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic Touch and Wirefly had the best price. I am thrilled with my new phone. I also ordered accessories with the phone and one of them (ClaraGuard full body protection) came incomplete without the custom cut ClaraGuard and the installation instructions. Customer service (in the Phillipines) was a nightmare. After my second phone call and about 2 hours talking and holding, I finally was able to have a replacement shipped. Wirefly is awesome, customer service gets a D- only because it was resolved!"

"But a galaxy nexus phone arrived on time only problem was customer service was very sneaky, tried to throw in free trials in on verizon insurance and other credit card reacurring billing. But I love my new phone. Would order from again, just be careful of what you agree to."

"The price was on par with another very large online retailer. But the customer service and shipping was lacking. It took 2 days to ship the device but only one day to activate the device. Also they shipped it the slowest possible way. This is making me pay for 10 days of service without actually having the phone to use. "

"Bought a phone at a box store, dropped calls at the house so I called wirefly and they said they would ship me another phone (phone in question not available at the box store). The means in which they activated the line was fraudulent to get a sale according to the carrier (improper activation was the term). Could not communicate the problem to Wirefly's Filipino call center. There were several typos, no notification emails, excess charges not returned. Lots of time, money and aggravation. I would not bother with them.
TO CLARIFY POST WIREFLY REPLY: You cannot move an already ported phone number from one line of service to a 2nd line of service. I could not make a wirefly CSR understand or follow through with closing the duplicate line of service that they opened that I could not port the number to. A simple fix would have been to reverse out the original new line and associate the already shipped hardware with the existing line of service. Wirefly would have not lost their sales commission or hardware sale. I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor or someone, conference in the cell provider's technical support, or speak to a CSR that was a native English speaker. I was repeatedly denied and was transferred to the cellular porting center twice to whom I had already spoken.

I sent the phone back to wirefly (the only remedy that wirefly would provide me) within the allotted "trial period". To date the line of service they opened and the money spent on the phone has not been returned. The cellular provider is going to close the line wirefly opened and charge me cancellation fees and service fees for a line never used.
