"The order process was fast and easy and the shipping was extremely fast. But when I went to activate the phone things got bad. First I waiting on hold for 30 minutes then got hung up on, then I called back waiting about 20 minutes and the rep told me that since I was calling from the phone that I needed to switch over that I had to call back on a different phone. So I asked for a direct number so I didn't have to wait again and she said there isn't one. So I had to hang up call back and wait again, but this time the automatic prompt kept telling me my order number was invalid and to call back with a valid number. Although I was using the correct order number. After 5 or 6 times I gave up, there is no way to get to an actual person. The automatic service just keeps disconecting you. So I had to use the chat service, and come to find out I needed to call verizon. Funny thing is my phone came with a piece of paper that said DO NOT CALL VERIZON. Honestly I probably wouldn't use wirefly again. The prices are great and the website is great but there are other sites that offer deals without the headache, my phone before this I went through Target Mobil, got a great phone free and had no issues with their customer service.

I was contacted by wirefly regarding my issue, it says a lot when a company contacts a dissatisfied customer. We talked about my issue and he actually seemed like he cared and is sending out a free car charger for my troubles. I believe mistakes happen but how you handle the mistakes shows what type of person you are and wirefly handled this with great professional customer service. Because of this I would give them another chance in the future. and am changing my rating."
