"I called customer service before I placed my order to make sure what the kit included. I talked with one of the techs and he checked and said yes it comes with the stainless steel burner and grate. I asked what the other item was for ($600) he said it was an upgraded kit. So I ordered, came very quick. Nothing but the logs, nothing else. I emailed CS for an RA number that same day. Since then I have emailed 3 times and called once. Not looking good on the no hassle return. "
