"Overall, the web site is very good, but the final product is a not as good.
Much effort is made to ensure I would be present to accept, and help unload the delivery from FedEx. On the day it arrived, it came 5 hours earlier than stated, and was simply left on the front porch (no signature was required, but they did make sure we answered the door). Luckily, the package was in good condition.
For the fireplace doors: the mounting holes were not in the correct locations, I needed to install in a different manner from the included instructions. The instructions are poorly written. The left door will not close correctly, after 30 minutes of trying to adjust - I'll need to take it apart to make it work better.
The door looks good - now I'll have to wait until this winter to see how well it performs."

"Ordered 3 chimney caps. Talked to sale before ordering about shipping time because we need them within 5 days to wrap up the job. 2 of them arrived on time. 1 is missing. Called back to customer service. They acknowledge their mistake. Explained to her that the parts are required to finish the job and asked her to ship it next day or 2 days shipping so that we can finish the job by Monday. She said Fedex doesn't ship on Saturday. Went to Fedex and entered the zip code and they have 2 options to ship on Saturday. Even with proof that Fedex ships on Saturday, this merchant just chooses the cheapest shipping option and ships ground. There are plenty online merchants who would bite bullet to correct their mistake. Buyer should beware this merchant for time-sensitive order."
