"I was really happy with how fast the Natural Gas Patio Heater shipped. Assembly of the product was somewhat frustrating. The bolts used to connect the pole to the base were not long enough. I ended up having to use needle nosed pliers to start threading the bolts. The top reflector feels rather cheep. I was also disappointed that the "free cover" mentioned in the video wasn't included with my order.

I hope customer service will ship one out for me.....

"Our old woodstove literally fell apart...it was wrapped in foil to reduce smoke and the door fell off so we needed a new one. We could find only three stores in Southern Cal who stocked selections to evaluate a new purchase; Then we found Woodland Direct! We carefully compared the specifics to other sites including factory direct options and all the stoves we found were over $1200; many with additional (substantial!) shipping charges. We decided on a Century CB00013 wood stove that was on sale for $849 and included a blower at that price! WOW…oh and FREE SHIPPING!!! We had never made such a purchase online and we felt we needed to call them to ensure they had received our order. A human being answered on the weekend when we called and was knowledgeable, polite and professional to confirm and answer a few additional questions about our order. Choosing that online purchase saved us an entire day of travel to view three stores, each with very limited selections available.

What a fantastic little unit! This is used for a recreational cabin in the local mountains of Southern California so we aren’t facing sub-zero challenges, but this little stove heats our entire cabin (800 sq. ft.) in about 15-20 minutes. Two medium sized (6”) logs last the entire night. We were worried that the firebox would be too small, but it’s perfect! The stove draws extremely well. We have 12 ft. of stove pipe with two 45 degree sections. We also actually have to return an additional external damper that we planned to install above the stove. It wasn’t needed! The little damper included on the top of the stove handles the job perfectly. We wanted flat areas on the top of the stove and though there are two separate levels, the flat areas are big enough to be able to cook and heat water in a kettle with no issues. My husband has commented every time he has cleaned out the ashes that he has never seen such an easy-to-use stove. The included blower is a bit noisy and we are on limited solar power so haven’t used the blower, but I’m sure it would speed up the heating process. Delivery was exactly as described and the crate was strong enough to then cart the stove from our house up the mountain road and drag it up into the cabin. Our old stove didn’t allow you to see the flames so this new improvement adds the visual candy of watching the flames. Thrilled with the decision to buy from Woodland Direct! You won’t be sorry!

"Not impressed at all. I ordered a rain barrel specifically because they offered free shipping. Big mistake. Now I wish I would have paid the extra shipping from somewhere else and I might have my order by now-3 weeks later. I placed my order on April 13th. I got a shipment confirmation email with the FedEx tracking info on April 17th. Expected delivery date was a couple days after this. I kept periodically checking this link and it just showed they sent the info to FedEx and a truck had yet to pick it up. Friday, April 27th I sent WD customer service an email with the link inquiring about my order. Never heard anything from them. So Monday, April 31st, I call and talked to a very blasé employee who simply stated that there records show it had been delivered. I explained what the link I received showed and he wasn't empathetic or sorry at all and just kept telling me what his information showed. Finally he said someone else would have to look into it and call me. It is now Friday, May 4th and I have not heard a word from anyone. I went back to the FedEx link and it has finally been picked up and expected delivery date is May 7th. I don't know if this is Woodland Direct's or FedEx's mistake, but either way WD's customer service is horrible. No apologies, no concern for the customer, no sense of urgency, and no desire to make it right for me. I just want my rain barrel before summer drought season. I will not be placing an order from this site again."
