"the cozy grate heater far exceed expectations. 9 degrees out shut the heat off kept living room 12 by 20, 64 degrees. A small fire is all that is needed. Once you have a hot coal bed does this thing blow out the heat. The fan is a fan they all make noise but i was surprized how acceptable this is. Left the fireplace as beautiful as it was, an enjoyable view...yes ,yes , to all i would do it again in a heart beat"
