"My shipment was delayed because their carrier did not deliver to PO Boxes. It would have been helpful if they told me that when I placed my order. However, once they received my street address my shipment arrived promptly. I would order from them again and recommend them to friends. "

"I placed an order with Woodland Direct for Fireplace toolset and was told it will be shipped immediately and I should receive it within 7 days. That is when my nightmare started. The delivery period was revised to 6 months later without explanation. Extremely horrible service. Buyer beware!!!!"

"The odering process was easy and efficient. However when the product arrived the remote starter did not work. The licensed plumber found that an internal wire was disconnected as per poor packing / shiping and fixed it. Three days later the product would not shut off. After shutting the product off manaully the fireplace will not start. The safety kit appears to be disfunctional.Customer service was unable to help me as tech was unavailable."

"Stay Far Away from Woodland Direct. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They shipped the wrong item and what was shipped was missing a part of the log set. Customer service was horrible. Nice on the phone but never followed up as promised. Made countless calls and still without my full order. Was passed around to more than six staff including managers who failed to deliver. Can't say how disappointed I am - stay away from Woodland. Find Northline Express for a much better experience. Really poorly run with no control of inventory. Still no upate on the missing part of the log set. "

"Good - quick delivery - product OK - not overly sturdy or strong. Looses suction quickly and must be cleaned off to function properly. Almost missed the instructions to prevent clogging - could have better notification of warnings. Overall good so far and should be sufficient for my needs related to my pellet stove cleaning."

"One of the worse, if not the worse places I have ever ordered from. I'm not going to go into all the details but the gist of it is I ordered pipes and a chase cover. I was told the pipes would be sent out immediately and the chase cover in a couple of weeks. A month later I got the chase cover and six weeks later I still did not have one of the pipes. On two occasions they told me on the phone something was being shipped the next day and it was not. Regarding the chase cover, I said on the phone "at least it won't take long for delivery since you are in Michigan and I am in Ohio". The representative said nothing, only to find that the chase cover came from California and took 5 additional days to deliver.After six weeks they told me I had not received one of the pipes,a Tee with a clean out, because it had to be specially made and was rare. I then cancelled that order and ordered from another online company and had the tee in 2 days. Buyer beware."

"I ordered a insertable fireplace screen on 10/18/11. Paul, the salesman said it would arrive in 6-8 weeks. I have called twice. No one called me back. On the third call I finally reached someone and spoke with a woman who said she would call the manufacturer to check on the status of my order. That was two days ago. I also emailed Woodland direct and got a response with a case number to contact. When I clicked on the case number it said the address was invalid. BTW, they charged my credit card the same day I ordered the product on 10/18. I will call my credit card company tomorrow and challenge the bill to get my money back."

"Everything was fantastic. I used the videos online to learn proper measuring. I picked fireplace doors that would fit to my fireplace type. When it arrived, the packaging was exceptional. I used the online installation instructions and quickly, easily installed the doors. The doors look great and are very nice quality. "

"I am having Avery bad time with customer service no one calls back heater does not work the way it is said to work I finally got someone and belevieve the blower is broken never would of known with out installing it unhappy with unit and service want my money back and they will not help so I will take legal action , call the day I got the unit 600.00 dollars a lot of money for a piece of junk that they will not stand by"

I send them 2 e-mails to get a new heater, As of today, no answer!
Rude and unprofessional!
Monday January 9th!
I got my new heater 2 days ago but they forget to send the electric fan and all accessories that goes with it!
I may be able to have it installed by end of winter!
