"I have not received the item. I have not received a tracking number. I have not received a shipping notification.

I opened a ticket via the company web site to ask about the order. I received an email saying the ticket was opened but have not received a response (that was 3 days ago).

I am not happy with the responsiveness and communication of this company.

"So I ordered a New Phoenix Grill from Woodland Direct, expect delivery in 5 to 7 days like they said, ended up taking 11 days freight. Ok no big deal, putting it together on the Friday morning I received it just to find out I'm missing the Propane regulator that connects the bottle to the grill. I call 11am Friday morning to try and get a part overnight so I can use the Grill for a family function Sat eve. I call customer support. talk to two different women there who have no idea what a propane regulator and hose are, so they try to call their warehouse, with no answer, they leave message etc. Ok so I call back at 2pm trying to see if they got hold of the warehouse, and again no luck, apparently this place is out of the office on Fridays, as so was my sales rep Paul who when I bought the grill was very knowledgeable and helpful. So I leave a message with a supervisor/manager, again no returned call. Ok so today is Monday Oct 24th call 8:30 am talk to another gal who directs me to the gal that is working my case so again leave another voicemail with no returned call. My sales rep still out of the office, so the next gal I talk to tries to refer me to the same voicemail and I refused said I'm not getting off this phone till I get something resolved, and she tries to explain to me she has no knowledge of these parts..... So I Have to tell her to call her warehouse and get something going. Well they say the part is "coming" but don't know if the warehouse has it or if they have to have Phoenix send it to them, then send it to me. I called Phoenix grills back on Friday and they told me their propane units ship with the regulator attached to the control panel, mine just had a brass fitting with a red cap. Phoenix grills told me that Woodland Direct either removed the regulator or converted my grill from Natural Gas to Liquid Propane. But none the less, here I sit with an expensive grill I bought and can't use!!!!! All I can say is horrible customer service, don't return calls, all out terrible experience with this company with what seems like no one even TRYING to make it right..... I'll post another review if I either get the part for my grill or I crush the grill into a ball and send it back...."

"We would NEVER use woodland Direct again! We placed our order for a hearth pad on Oct 3rd and then expected delivery that week here we sit on Oct 12th and are now getting word that our nearly $500 item will not be here until Oct 27th! An entire month in cold weather to have our newly purchased $3,000 pellet stove sitting here waiting on a pad I COULD have bought locally!! Super disappointed! Ps...customer service was very unhelpful aswell!"

"Ordering was easy; composter arrived quickly. It was NOT easy to put together..one part was broken and another was bent; another piece looked like it had been warped/melted from contact with too much heat.
I REALLY have been looking forward to getting a composter; I hope this works well.
