"Woodland Direct had all the parts I needed to install a new chimney liner safely. The website had step by step instructions so a homeowner could do this in a few hour upping was fast and Free and I found their prices couldn't be beat. I bet I saved a thousand bucks doing it myself and my wood stove looks great in the fireplace !!

"Talk about being a tightwad. I sent a message requesting free shipping on two items that total $98. They offer free shipping if your total is $99 or more. I was only off by $1 and their shipping fee was $9.99. Their response was:

"I recently placed an order with Woodland Direct for fireplace,hearth,chimney,stovepipe,and accessories. The stove and hearth arrived quickly but both were damaged. An adjustment was granted for the stove but not the hearth. The triple wall was OK but the duravent stove pipe arrived damaged. I reordered a telescopic section for replacement and it arrived damaged too. I am still trying to get adjustment for the hearth and have tried two times to get them to process the return for the damaged pipe with no result. I'm ready to try again and if not successful will go to the consumer protection agency for resolution. This company sucks for customer service and do not order duravent double wall.....it will likely arrive damaged delaying your project."
