Box product came in must be in perfect shape for resale if you want to return item. My shoes were placed in a taped up plastic bag so needless to say the box was destroyed as it was shipped across the country. Was offered a gift code for my troubles. "I have never in my life had such poor customer service. This company has yet to even apologize for wasting my time and continue to tell me my order is on its way when I can view the tracking and it has been "on its way" for three weeks. This is unacceptable. I order things online every day and have never had such an issue. "

"I ordered a pair of boots and immediately sent them back,because the size was small.I waited for well over a week to receive a credit to be used for a different boot purchase.I applied the gift card credit I had received from them and paid the difference with my credit card.I printed out the completed transaction and according to the print out ,every thing was accepted and my orders was being processed.Three days later I received an E-mail telling me there is a problem with my payment.My credit card company told me there was no problem from their end.I received their notice on a Friday afternoon after the customer service hours.I now have to wait till Monday, before I can even try to contact them again."

"Ordered a pair of boots and a pair of ironlaces for them on 5/10. The boots showed up 1 1/2 weeks later but no laces. Called and asked why, the lady said the laces were not being shipped ground like the boots, which was not stated when ordering, so I gave her my postal address. Another week goes by, no laces. I get an email from them stating the laces were returned to them again, keep in mind that I do most all of my shopping on line and "Working Person's" store is the only place that screws up my shipping. I called again and explained my displeasure with this in a respectable manor and how I can take my business else. The lady I spoke with could care less and seemed very happy with losing antother customer. With customer service like that I don't see how a company can stay in business."

"I ordered boots 2 weeks ago thinking i was going to try these boots for my aching feet, i work for the second biggest poultry plant in the country thinking we would use these boots for everyone but with this customer service i have recieved from this company i doubt we will take a chance ordering. I waited for a confirmation email to ensure shipping never got that. I called gave my number for call back no one ever called me back, finally called got ahold of someone she ensured me she would find out and shoot me an email never got that either. Whats the problem? I almost thought this was a scam."
