"Worst online company ever!! Ordered boots twice. Both orders were mishandled. When we called customer service we were told that we provided them with wrong information. However, we were given an approval and confirmation on the order over the phone by a live representative. When we addressed the situation to another representative she began shouting at us, telling us we were wrong. CRAZY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

"Well, they just lost more potential business.
I ordered one pair of insulated overalls a week ago. I got a confirmation email that all was good to go. Today I received an email saying there was something off in the payment. (I paid via debit card & have used this same account recently for other online purchases without problems.) The email requested I call immedietly. I did so & used their 'call back' service. The call back person called an hr later while I was taking another call. I asked them to hold a second to hang up on the other line, clicked back- and they were gone. I finally got through after waiting later about 40 minutes (9 callers in). The woman on the line was pleasant enough, she said they'd send me paypal payment instead and assured that my order was in stock & ready to go. I looked them up and found this review site & have since decided to cancel my order all together so as to avoid all the BS everyone else has dealt with. If they had decent reviews I'd still give them a shot, but I don't trust them that my order is even really there. Just seems like a poorly managed company. "
"I only wish I had come across all of these reviews before ordering from this company! I ordered a pair of almost $400 boots for my husband's birthday, a month in advance. Shipping said 7-14 business days. When it got closer to his birthday & I still hadn't hear anything from them, I checked on the status. Several emails back & forth since then, all to be told & re-told they were on back order & they didn't know. Then the back order date was changed again & again. Note, they never once contacted me to tell me the boots were on back order and/or that the date keeps being pushed back. It was me who checked with them - every single time. It's now been almost a month and a half & still no boots. I'm literally blown away that a company can do business & treat their customers like this. To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement!!"
" Very poor customer service. They find ways to not honor advertised discounts and most things get ordered from separate vendors so you have to wait! I ordered a pair of Keen boots and it took 7 days just for the vendor to get them to WP, then shipped to me for a total of 9 days. Then tried to order a few pair of pants and couldn't use the discount code even though the pants weren't on sale and the brand wasn't on the exempt list. I've had my fill.
I received an email from Brandy from WP. After I answered her email, I never heard back from anyone. I feel the public relations are for show and they could care less about real customer service. I've ordered a few times from them in the past, but they have since lost my business. "
"Do not order anything from these people. They don't have any idea what they are doing. I ordered 5 items (over $500) for work clothes for employees. The first day I get an email saying it shipped, then the next day I get an email saying one piece is backordered. I called and they said they could change the size and ship it. The next day they tell me one other piece is discontinued and they can't even get it and that the piece they changed the size on is backordered till NEXT YEAR. If you need someone reliable, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
"The first time I ordered from WPS my order was short one item that was bo forever...Second time the same thing on a pair of boots, had to cancel the order. My husband needs these boots this week not in 2 months...don't know how they run this business...great prices and such if you don't anything right away. Shame, could really be a great business is they filled orders the way they are suppose to."
"I do not recommend doing business with WorkingPerson.com. I did, and it was easily the worst experience I've had with a website that sells stuff directly (not like Amazon or Ebay).
6 business days elapsed and my order of 2 pair of fire resistant pants still had not shipped. Including weekends that's a week and a half wasted waiting and wondering.
Working Person's Store is causing more pain than pleasure through it's continued operation. The owner should do the right thing and close the business and find another line of work."

"Do NOT order from this store!! I ordered some work boots and website stated they were on back order, no big deal. I got another email that they were back ordered until the end of the month. Seems like the common theme behind the reviews of this store. I emailed customer service to cancel my order, that this was unacceptable. Customer service rep emailed back that they were on back order until the end of May, I had to email back and restate that I wanted my order cancelled immediately. Save yourself the frustration and order from amazon, my new boots were shipped 2 hours after being ordered, and shipping was free."
