"This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I had placed on order for jersey on June 7th at 06:35 CDT. With this order I paid $9.99 for 3-7 day ground shipping on a jersey that was on sale for 89.99. I got a conformation email saying thank you for your order and the order has been sent to the warehouse for processing. I was also given a link to follow to track my package. Well the 3-7 days passed and I was continuing to watch the link for multiple days in a row with no change. There had not been a conformation that my order had been processed or shipped. At the beginning of the second week I ended up going out of country and was not able to use my phone or check on the order, but had hopes that by the time I got home the package would be there. When I returned home the package still had not arrived and when I was able to check my email there was still NOTHING from this company. I ended up calling customer service to check on my order and come to find out THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT NOTICE. They told me something was wrong with my credit card and the payment did not go through. I was extremely frustrated as there was no email or phone call saying that anything was cancelled. The whole time I was under the impression that I was going to be receiving my order. The CS rep. said there was nothing she could do for me on that order but was willing to reorder the item for me. After having to fight to get free shipping "as a courtesy". I agreed and gave her a different credit card number than the one before. She assured me that she would keep an eye on my order and make sure it went through and let me know if there was any more problems and that it would arrive on June 30th. Again I waited the 3-7 days and still nothing. Thinking back on the day I placed the order the second time I never received a conformation email about the second order. So finally on June 29th I just about had it with not hearing anything with this company and I decided to call CS again. The guy that answered pulled up my "file" and said that it was NEVER SHOWN THAT I HAD PLACED ANOTHER ORDER. I was fuming. I asked to talk to a manager and when she finally got on the phone (15 minutes of waiting) she miraculously found my order. She again told me that she saw the first order never went through and there was a problem with the credit card. Then she proceeded to tell me that MY SECOND ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT CARD. This is when I about lost it. There was no communication on their end of a conformation email let alone an email stating that the order had been cancelled twice. She again told me there was nothing she could do other than replace the order but I would have to send out a check. YEAH RIGHT. Who the hell knows what now both of my credit card numbers/ information might be used for. This company is a JOKE. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from them unless you want to waste your time and never receive your items."

I called Friday and Monday to be told my shirt was shipping that day! great!
Still today no further update hence I call again now to be advised 'I don't know why other people told you that, its looking like it will ship 07/30.
It just leaves a bad taste of expectations and honestly frustration especially when you select to purchase fast shipping and cant even be told realistic timeframe.

"It has now been 7 days since my initial order, and when trying to track the product, I discovered it was just shipped yesterday. I did ask for customization on the jersey, so I did assume it would take longer than the 24 hours. However, 6 days seems like an awful lot for a company that claims to "provide the fastest order processing in the industry."
Furthermore, though their site currently shows the shirt was shipped yesterday, the USPS tracking number provided comes up with no results. So I'm not even sure the package is fully shipped at this time since the tracking number can't yet be identified, and I still haven't received a notification email that the item has shipped.
I was hoping to get this product before the Copa America Semifinal tomorrow night, but that will not happen. I should have ordered much earlier, but thought the company with the fastest turnaround time could accommodate my request. I expect I will still be pleased with the final product, but currently unhappy with the length of time for it to be delivered."
