When I have emailed or called I've been given all kinds of reasons and different delivery dates. BOTTOM LINE.....It is obvious they charge first rate shipping but use third rate shipping. If you order, plan for at least a month for delivery. I wish I had checked this website before ordering and found a different company to order from. Why can't they all be like Amazon? Never had a shipping nightmare with Amazon."
"I have ordered many jerseys from WSS in the past and all have been excellent quality. The only negative has been shipping. My most recent purchase was made on 11/30/15 w/standard shipping via FedEx Smart Post. It shipped 12/2/15. Today is 12/18/15 and the package has still not arrived. At this point I do not know where it is as the tracker says it arrived at my local PO on 12/14, however, the local PO says it has not received it yet. At this point I do not know if/when I will receive my package at all. "
"OH WSS, you have failed me for the last time. Where do I begin? Ordered 2 kits, Pogba Juve and Zlatan PSG... Site showed that the PSG would come in to stock in Early December, of course when my order was confirmed finally, it showed an update for a back order of Early Jan. What a start. Next, the Pogba jersey was "shipped" on the 7th. This was quite unique in my eyes considering I received the email on the 4th. On 12/9 there was finally tracking info available! Yay! We are getting somewhere. Wrong. Its been over a week and it has not left NC. I have spoken to countless representatives who told me that the package was "in transit" and "it will get there". Finally after about 3 or 4 phone calls today, 12/16 I supposedly have canceled the package. We will see if I ever get my money back. Never again WSS, never again. "
"$8 for shipping for one jersey, yet package will not arrive until 2 weeks after order. After customization, will take 8 days to arrive. Too late for hannukah, for which it was intended. Was supposed to arrive today according to tracking. Will now come in two days. If you use FedEx, why is the postal service delivering it?"
"I ordered some items for my Chelsea crazed son's birthday while he is away at college for his freshman year. Little did I know that the school's PO Box mailing address negates any express shipping until I tried to track the order and found out the 2 day shipping was anything but. World Soccer's customer service staff were quick to respond and credited back a portion on the shipping charge but the items will now arrive after his birthday - I hope. The frustrating thing is the confirmation e-mail from WSS stating the order had shipped same day it was placed was not accurate. And they know that FedEX, UPS etc cannot deliver to PO boxes so why even bother with FedEx (and charge for it) when it ends up with with USPS anyway. This has turned a nice surprise into a total disappointment. "

FED-X additional charges for custom Duty is $107.10 World soccer shop declared the regular price (299.00US) and not the sale price that amounted additional custom duty of $107.10)
I refuse to pay custom duty and shoes was returned to World Soccer because it cost me more in the long run."

"I placed an order on October 13th and paid for international fedex. My receipt had (1week) on it. To date I have not received my package. When I called I was told international orders take longer. This why I paid for fedex shipment. Had I known it would take that long I would not have placed the order. I got all sorts of details after the fact. I can think of no other entity that takes this long to deliver to the Virgin Islands and they do not call it international. I paid for a service I did not received and I am very dissatisfied. In addition, the customer service person became silent quite often as she had no idea what to say to me."

"Bought an on-sale jersey and some gloves from them. I was a bit weary at first since I read a few testimonials about them cancelling orders without notice and other such occurrences, but I had no problems. I did initially have any issue where at some point, my order status page became blank. I emailed them and honestly, within 45 minutes, I had a reply telling me that international mail orders don't have tracking info, so as soon as the item ships, the status page will become blank since there's nothing left to display. Sure enough, with a 3 week estimate time, the package arrived in 2 weeks and 1 day. Everything was as seen on the website. I will be shopping with them again in the future."
