When it didn't arrive in 2-days I called customer service who said it was a "custom" order and it would take 3-5 days for the customization and then 2 days for shipping. This was a product on the website I clicked to order, I did not see anything that said it would take longer to "customize" it. Very disappointed in service, does not meet expectations, not an honest way to do business. I am willing to pay a premium for quick delivery and this did not meet my expectation. "TERRIBLE service! I'd already been let down by another online seller so I went here because I DESPERATELY needed a soccer shirt for Friday. I paid $35 for overnight shipping. The order was sent in and that's the last I heard. I contacted them on Thursday to get my tracking number and got a reply at 9pm saying there was a problem and for me to call them!

"Dissatisfied with the online ordering system. My order was cancelled somehow without any contact direct to me as the consumer. When I called customer service on Thursday there was no resolution to the cancellation. I attempted to re-order the merchandise and was informed I had to use an alternative method of payment which would have cost more money and was an inconvenience as a customer.
This must improve; otherwise I will cease to order from this site...disappointing as my son is an avid soccer fan and a promising upcoming player as an adolescent.
