Dont give your business to this company!!!

"Consider yourself warned. Do not order from this company. First off, the quality is not great. Second the main issue i had with this company was at the time of ordering. The system kept freezing. I placed 3 different orders with them. With all 3 orders the system was faulty and kept freezing. For one of the orders however at the time of checking out completely froze and instead of accepting the input of ADULT size wristbands i had requested switched itself to toddler size. Are you kidding me!? I had ordered a total of 400 wristbands for this specific quantity and all were sent out in a size i do not need and have absolutely no use for. When i received their invoice showing the order details i immediately sent out an email to them trying to let them know that size input had been switched around and was not correct. I never got a reply which goes to show for their zero customer service they have. When contacting them through the phone i was asked to send a picture of the band's which i went ahead and sent as an attachment in an email immediately. Then when contacting them through their chat service i kept getting promised the isdue would get corrected. After 3 to 4 days of continued communication trying to get a positive response from them they decided to do nothing for me. They said id have to pay for the remake of the band's. Now you tell me why with your bad customer service i would continue to give you my business. Please don't shop here. Avoid yourself all of the trouble please. "

Misleading and shipping issues

"I wish I had read reviews first, as I know better. I had placed an order of 100 bands that offered an add'l 100 free bands, total of 200. One of the main reasons I ordered from this site was because I needed these shipped overnight, as these were to be handed out in a community to honor a member that was lost in a very unexpected tragedy. I even spoke with a live chat person to be sure that I was getting what I needed. The next day came and I received a tracker that showed the bracelets weren't being delivered that day. I was very frustrated, as I never received a call about a change. In addition, I find out that I forfeited the benefit of the additional 100 bands for free b/c I chose the overnight delivery...which I paid extra for. Only upside is I received quick responses in email but it didn't change the outcome. They offered me 10% off my next order...really!?
I would not recommend.

I would not order from this company

"Our nonprofit ordered bands and when received they were the wrong colors. They refuse to replace or refund our $180. The CEO as plead guilty in Federal Court for fraud and 2 other charges.I have reported them to the Texas Attorney General, the FTC and BBB."

Rip-off!

"Very cheap looking product. Not as thick as the standard silicon bracelets here in the US. Very high variability in product quality. Some look good, some horrible. Shorted the quantity on both orders by 10%. Charged me tax even though the product is coming straight from China. Find a quality US company and don't waste your time or money here. They were delivered as promised and on-time though. Overall - would not recommend."

Charged my credit card and never acknowledge my order!!!

"I placed an order in August, they charged my credit card, never processed the order, and now they are telling me the never received the order. Beside that, the worst customer service ever, been calling for more than 2 weeks and still sending me from one person to another......I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE."

Terrible customer service

"This company is the worst company I have ever bought anything from online. They asked me to approve a design twice, and after I indicated that I had already approved it once and I didn't want to be charged twice they seemingly ignored my email and put in the second order charging my account twice anyway. (Also I received the lanyards in a completely different color than what appeared in the photo online, so I didn't want them anyway) and when I went to ask them why I was charged twice they DENIED that I had been charged twice. Said that despite my credit statement, they only charged me once. They were very rude and unhelpful. Two days later I received the second order that they denied having ever charged me for and denied having sent me. These were the same incorrect color. seriously? I emailed them to complain and the only response I received was "ship them back and we will refund." As if that's a great solution for me at this point. I'm not paying for shipping. "

Stay clear of this company and products

"Order 600 wrist bands for my company. They literally look like rubber bands. Just horrible product. You also can even see the writing. And company won't make right. Avoid as they send you what looks like a rubber band. "

My True Experience with Wrist Band

"I want to share my awesome experience with wrist-band Promotions.
Their customer service reps are highly professional, who helped me to decide the design with cost effectiveness and good quality.
They do not here to just grab money, they are here to serve best customer services with customer satisfaction and work done as per customer wish and instructions.
I do really feel this company is best for customers for getting best work done as per there desire.
I highly recommend Wrist Band for my all friends and family.

Misrepresentation at it's finest!

"I ordered 200 wristbands for my business. The band was orange and the lettering was lime green. On-line, the lettering popped! When I got the merchandise, you could hardly read the message. I contacted the merchant and they told me in an email that "the color in the proof is not the real color". I returned the merchandise at my cost and expected a full refund as their website states but only received a partial. Worst experience ever! "

Beware

"I had to choose a star I would have given it a negative star. This company is an absolute disgrace. I doubt I will ever receive my money back for my order of $140. I ordered brackets for my friends daughters cancer benefit. NEVER CAME. they told me to take it up with DHL, funny I didn't order them from DHL I ordered them from this crap company. This crap company told me DHL tried to contact me which WAS a LIE. SO ****. They aren't based out of Missouri they are based from China that's also a lie. "

Apparently Gauranteed means something different in china

"This company is horrible. We ordered 1000 bands for a public event. Paid the expedited shipping and production cost. Guaranteed delivery by the day of our event and now we will not receive the until 3 days after the event. When I tried to call and be refunded the expedited shipping cost (which on their site it said " Guaranteed delivery by") they told me to take my issue up with UPS. I did not pay UPS the expedited shipping cost. If you read their online profile it claims to be an american company yet all the bands are produced in china and the customer service is run out of India. We will never use this company and suggest that prospective buyers go elsewhere where the people know what the definition of guaranteed is or at the very least willing to rectify their mistakes and back up their product. BUYER BEWARE!!"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

"I paid $100s of dollars for express production & shipping to get the wristbands for a kid's charity event on time. They guaranteed a date but then emailed after I placed the order to let me know they needed to push a day due to their production. Luckily I had that one extra day but let them that was the LATEST I could push. Cut to the bands never arriving until after the event, I had to deal with the disappointment of not having the bands in time for the kids. Then when I requested they refund me, they tell me I have to ship the bands back on my own dime - even though it was the company's error. SO in the end I am having to pay for THEIR mistake in production but got nothing out of this transaction. Customer service is obviously outsourced and no one knows how to deal with customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Won't get product and you definitely won't get good customer service!"
