"Buyer beware! This product is made in and ships from China! They send it requiring a signature and if you do not pick it up within the 5 day period the company has instructed FedEx to destroy all products as it cannot be returned to China! They do not tell you as the consumer this information!!!! It took 3 weeks to get it and another week tracking it down to learn the product was destroyed. A lot of money to be destroyed and then they have to enter a complaint to get your money back! Keep your business in the US!

"We ordered a "Five Star" printed band to raise money for a child battling cancer. After less than a week the print on the bands have worn off. I have contacted customer service 4 separate times and they tell me this is a "temporary" band. The website does not advertise as such. We have had to refund almost every order and have now lost money on the fundraiser. The staff has been extremely rude and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere. "
"After an hour on the phone and chat, they still messed up my order. After I paid them, they changed what they said they could do on a wrist band. My order arrived incorrect as suspected. "To sum it up, the price on my order changed 3 times. I started my design and would save it in my cart. When i went in my cart to finish the price changed. This was all within a hour timeframe. It went up by 40$. I called them and the man told me to just make the purchase and they would refund me the difference right way through PayPal. I did as instructed and miraculously im then told (very rudely) that i was the one that messed up and he couldn't refund the difference. I did EXACTLY what he said to do and then he feeds me that nonsense. I ALSO paid for Express shipping so the package would arrive early. They sent it out a day late on their end so it arrived a day late on mine eventhough they never had the tracking updated and the whole day its saying that it will be arriving on time. I had a deadline for the next morning so of course im panicking. They finally arrived a half hour before my deadline and my focus was getting them where they needed to go on time. I ordered 300 wristbands. They were packed in 3 separate bags of 100 each. As i was unpacking them i found that the 3rd bag if bands were defective. Whoever or whatever cut them (silicone bands) did not cut them correctly and they had a piece hanging off them. So i had to quickly but carefully cut the pieces off. I had no time to reorder or return as i needed all 300. After i delivered them i contacted the company and sent them a picture of the bands to show them how they were cut. All i said was "is this normal" and attached the picture. The reply was "how many were like that?" I said one bag. Then they reply "its impossible that all the bands were like that. Send me pictures of every band. " i didn't say ALL were like that, 1 of the 3 bags of bands were like that and i did not have time to take 100 pictures because my order arrived late and i had to fix the best I could the defective bands and get them where they needed to be. No response....i never asked for refund, didnt care about the money but an apology would have been nice. Instead of just say sorry you were sent a defective product, sorry the price changed 3 times on the bands, sorry it arrived late and we still changed you 60$ for Express shipping. Nope not one apology. I never write bad reviews but thought id share. Do as you wish but i found them to be quite unprofessional and a poor quality wristband. BTW....they say that they are in Sugarland Texas, however my shipment tracking was coming from China. Very shady. "

"I ordered two products from wrist-band.com. I ordered silicon wristbands, which arrived on time and looked great. I also ordered hand fans and here is where I started seeing their true colors. I ordered the fans for an event. The promised date stated on the website was acceptable. Ordering was a bit clugy, but I proceeded nonetheless. I ordered both at the same time and waited for their arrival. The wristbands arrived on time, and as I said earlier, they looked great. The promise date came and went for the fans. I ended up calling and inquiring. They told me they had already been shipped. When they finally arrived, too late for my event, I might add, they were not what I ordered. I ordered brown plastic handles, which was one of the offerings. They arrived with wooden handles. I reached out to customer service and it took over a week for a reply. When they finally responded, they said they substituted the wooden handles because the others would have taken too long and so they figured I would prefer the wooden handles sooner than the plastic handles later. WRONG!!! Don't try to read my mind, ask me! I told them that I approved the proof with the brown plastic handles and that is what I wanted. They asked me to just take a discount on the product. I told them I do not want a discount, I want what I ordered. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. As I said, the wristbands were fine. The fans are a disaster. What are you supposed to gather from this? That you have a 50/50 chance at getting what you order if they are not the wristbands. That's about all I can figure. I just want you to know what happened to me so you can keep it in the back of your mind if you go off script and order anything other than wristbands. Good luck!"

"Hello, just a warning for potential buyers, some of the wristband colors on the website, are NOT accurate. I received my order and was very disappointed. I spoke to someone from Customer Service, and they explained to me that it was my fault for not requesting a proof before production. I explained that I didn't think a proof would be necessary because I thought that the colors of the wristbands, shown on their website, would be advertised with accuracy. When you order anything online now a days, you expect to receive what is in the picture, correct? Not with this company. There is false advertisement and the customer has to take the extra step of requesting a proof.
With my event being next weekend and there still being time to fix this, I am shocked that the company would not take this opportunity to help a returning customer nor provide quality customer service. "
"This is the 3rd company I've ordered wrist bands from. These are the thinnest bands I've ever gotten and the ink is by the worst. I PAID EXTRA for LONG LASTING INK. The writing is coming off in less than 1 week. I contacted the company about my disappointment and I just keep getting the run around. The told me to send pictures, I did. They said they were too blurry. Now, send them back at my expense and they will issue refund if they deem necessary. Just done with them. Don't order from Wrist-bands.com. But to my surprise they came on time, and enjoyed being provided FedEx tracking. Despite coming from China the process didn't take long. I got the 1/2 standard ones and got them with embossed and filled with color. The writing is crisp and colors are all exactly what I ordered. The shipping was very reasonable for how fast I wanted them to arrive. I didn't have any issues with payment like I've read about on here. Im. Very pleased and I will be ordering again. "This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. I ordered wristbands to use for my father's funeral overseas. They made a guarantee that I will get the wristbands two days before my travel date. One day before traveling, I had not received the items and made several calls to their customer service. I even offered to pay extra so the items could be shipped overnight. They assured me I would get them the next day. The bands finally arrived five days after I traveled. Now I'm stuck with 500 worthless wristbands and they refused to refund the money even though it was entirely their fault. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any company."
