I ordered 2 boxes of gloves, one size medium and one large. It took forever for them to arrive and I received 2 boxes of size medium gloves. Upon sending them a message and a photo of the two boxes, I was told to be patient they were busy. Then when they did respond they said I had to ship them back one of the boxes and I had to pay for the postage for the return. They won't send my correct order. do not do business with them!"

Now for MY EXPERIENCE (email sent to them)...
Greetings. Sadly, I am very disappointed with the service of your company;
1. Customer Services were very difficult to get through on your website. I had to repeat my request more than 5 times and no one was able to help me. A new person kept popping up and I kept being disconnected. They finally told me to call.
2. I called more than 3 times and was on hold for more than an hour each time and no one was able to help me, although the message said that my wait time was less than 2 minutes.
3. I requested by email, a tracking confirmation, and no one was able to help me. She kept saying she would get back to me.
4. I was charged $275.00 for shipping when your website says it's free. When the box arrived, it was less than 5lbs heavy and almost empty. There is no way on earth, not even sending it the same day that any delivery will be $275 in the US for what I got.
5. The shipping date was April 10th and when finally when I got a hold of someone they told me it would be the 20th due to high demand. THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE PROMOTING IN YOUR WEBSITE. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
6. My order was incomplete when it finally arrived and Kraig (customer service by phone) told me to email a complaint to get a refund on the item that was not included because he could not help me - although he had just told me he would refund Shipping and it would be back in my account within 2-3 business days...
Sadly, this is not a company I can trust in. I only ordered 1 KN95, 1 Face Shield, 1 Gown, 1 Glove, and 1 Goggle. You offer up to 100,000 of each product... I can't imagine a Hospital going through this type of service. The goggles did not even make it!
Both of my sisters-in-law work in hospitals and I am also a responder. I had high hopes to promote you guys because it seemed amazing, but sadly I cannot promote a company with this kind of service.
Please, refund the goggles and the shipping - ASAP.

"PLEASE avoid ordering from this place. I ordered ten no-contact thermometers a month ago. As others have stated, you will NEVER get these items. They will generate a tracking number and send it to you if you demand it. But anyone with a FedEx account can generate a shipping label containing a tracking number. It means nothing until FedEx picks it up and scans it. FedEx is NOT to blame here, they have no idea these packages exist, and they don't! They are just taking people's money for product they don't have. To put a spin on it, they won't refund your money because these items are "non-refundable", even though you never get them. Reporting them to TX Attorney General. If you really do your research, which I wish I did beforehand, you will find out the owners of this place were arrested a couple years back for fraud. "
"Ordered infrared thermometers on 4/7 and specifically asked if they had them in stock as this was and still is a very hot item. Was promised they had a good inventory and would be shipped immediately to be delivered on the 10th, they even charged a rushed shipping fee. I followed up on the live chat to ask for shipping details they said they would be delivered on the 13th. Same thing on the 13th I had to follow up to ask about shipping details and was told the 17th. I asked about picking up in person as I have business in Houston where they are located and was told that is not an option. Was also told they would refund the expedited shipping upon delivery. Not sure why they would have to wait until delivery for that to happen other than they have no intent on ever delivering the item they do not have! As of today 4/24 it is the same story of being told they are backlogged and doing everything they can to ship orders. "

Then you can do a live chat and give you a bogus phone # to call for shipping info, turns out to be a random home phone number.
The following day youll get an email blaming the shipping company............UPS or FedEX

It has been a week and they have not shipped the items nor will they issue a refund on the order despite my many requests for one. Our company is also located in Houston, TX and there is no reason at all that the order should not be here already. They also do not answer their phone when you call. "The product I ordered looked NOTHING like the proof I was sent. I had requested purple glitter ink for my bracelet order and what I got was a MESS of Gold glitter sprinkled all over the bracelets. When I sent a message about being unhappy they explained that the only option they had for glitter was the gold, I could have purple ink and they would sprinkle Gold on it. When I pointed out that is NOT how they advertised they offered me a discounted discounted rate on my next order and when I stated that I would NOT be doing another order they offered me $20....for my $168 order!! I would NEVER recommend this company to Anyone! "
"Lost my precious 14 year old Grandson so ordered these bands to give to family members. I was very precise, got debossed and approved order.
Order came, I was excited but to my dismay, I couldnt even read it without magnifying glass. So disappointed and could not hand them out as I had planned.
Wrote company and they said sorry you approved order. Yes I did, however, I own a debossed band and I can read it perfectly. Then came a second email saying well for an additional cost we might fix it. I'm like are you kidding me?? Never ever would I recommend this company! Would post photo but see there is no option. "
"Ordered and approved proof. End product is what was promised. Sent photos and informed them. No apologies were made, only to reorder at an unknown ‘discounted’ rate. We always choose local companies first, too bad it didn’t pay off. Too bad they did not provide what they says they would. Its been since September since we made that offer. "It has been a terrible transaction with this company from the moment we hit process order it showed our bracelet in the picture just right but because we did not pay the extra ten dollars for proof they dropped a word which left our bracelets not making any sense then when we brought it to there attention they said it would cost another 20 dollars to fix there mistake! Then we had payed for early shipping so they would be here in time for our event and to this day (six days later) they have yet to arrive!
