"Catherine N. in customer support spent 2.5 pleasant hours with me on the phone last night to help me with a Multiview camera software problem thta was frustrating both of us. She and I couldn't solve it, but I could tell she was trying everything she knew to help me. Even when her ideas ran out, she took the time to contact others for help to see if they could provide input.
She was very pleasant to speak with for those 2 and a half hours and I greatly appreciated her manor and patience. Having no luck solving a problem is disheartening as it is, but it makes it so much easier to deal with it when someone like Catherine puts forth such effort as she did. She deserves a commendation from X10 if service such as her's means anything to the company. Please make sure she gets due credit for her exceptional assistance.

"Because of a mixup in my order for a Lola unit, my experience with X10 leaves a bit to be desired.
The unit was advertized to operate with my present TV cable system,-it was indeed verified so by your office.-it did not--
Consequently the unit is being returned.
The one bright light in this enthire affair was your agent Susannak, she was and is very helpful and kind.
Her respect for my concerns was very gratifying and her attitude is splendid.
As a former manager or a large company, I would have no concerns about hiring her as a representative...Kudo's to this young lady.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM "X10" STATING I HAVE EARNED A 15.00 DOLLAR COUPON ON MY NEXT ORDER. SO I COULDN'T WAIT TO PLACE MY FOURTH ORDER, WHICH I AM WAITING FOR IT TO ARIVE VIA FED-X. "On October 2005, I ordered a heater for $57.99. The product, delivered by fedex 10 days later, was damaged. I contacted the customer support which issued a return authorization. The package was picked up by Fedex the following day.
Since then, despite numerous email and certified mail, I could never get my money back. The company first ignored my requests and now pretends that the package was never received.
After 10 months, I filed a complain to the Federal Trade Commission and transferred the case to my lawyer. If you don’t want to find yourself in such a situation, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

FINALLY AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF TRYING I GOT A HARRIED SUPPORT PERSON WHO TOOK MY INFO AND INDICATED I WOULD RECEIVE AN RMA VIA EMAIL VERY SOON.THAT STRETCHED FOR WEEKS AND WAS FINALLY RESOLVED VIA EMAIL AND AN RMA WAS RECEIVED WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO MAIL THE DEFECTIVE UNIT BACK.THAT WAS DONE AND I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS RECEIVED BY X10 APPROXIMATELY 10 DAYS AGO.
THE REPLACEMENT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED AND NO ONE SEEMS ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON.

"This was my first experience dealing with x10.com and I have to say this is probably the best service I've ever received from an online order. I placed my order Sunday and by Monday I had received confirmation that my ordered had shipped. Part of my order was the ActiveHome Pro software and I had an email on Monday morning instructing me on how to download it. The rest of my hardware arrived on Wednesday.
The instructions provided by x10.com were very easy to follow and installation was a breeze.

After 5 weeks I didnt receive my order even if my credit card was charged immediately.
Requesting when my order will be shipped? I received an email telling me that the power supply which where out of stock arrived on friday july 28,and the order will be shipped on monday.
Its tuesday and the SHIPMENT PENDING still appears on Order status request.
I am really fed up after more than 5 weeks waiting."
"I really like X10 product, I've been purchasing them for over 18 years. In all this time, the tech support is the worst I've every seen over this time. I know if I buy a product, I'm on my own. I can talk to tech support and get 10 different answers. That's after waiting on the phone line for 40 minutes..... I hear the great thing they have when the just can't help me.... They say we will have a tear two tech call,,, well in all these years, I've never had a return call from a tear two tech. I purchased over $3000-$5000 of X10 products over the years, I have a box of products in a box that I just can't figure out how to work... So I hope I help you."
