"I ordered in April at HOBBYPARTZ.COM. The order was acnolowged and tracking number was provided. After a few days the USPS did not show the parcel in transit. I called customer service.. they are very rude, un-polite and not customer oriented. After the call the parcel appeared in transit and arrived fine.
Today i tried to buy at XHELI.COM and after two sucessive online orders cancelled with no reason, i tried over the phone. I was told i had been banned for ever for accusing them of delaying a shipment !!!!
I learned that HOBBYPARTS.COM, XHELI.COM and NITROPLANNES.COM had a common blacklist !!!

Do not call customer service .. !!!! you are going to be BANNED !!!! there and no one know if in more sites !! do not ask for fair play !!!!

"I waited about 3 weeks after I received my chopper to write this review so I could give it a fair review. My order was promptly filled and arrived within that next week. It was packed very well. I took it out of the box, installed batteries, and I tried to fly it. Had just a little problem. I had to reverse the "rudder" servo switch. Once I did that, it flew flawlessly, very stable. Chopper. Battery had about 2-3minutes charge in it out of box. Recharged the battery, I think in less than 1 hour, and it was ready for a second flight. Since then, I've flown it many times and am very satisfied with it. I don't know anything about the "other brand" tandem, but for $100, this thing is awesome. Of course with this type chopper (counter rotating blades), maneuvers are limited. You need to be mindful of quick stick inputs. The bottom blades like to hit the top ones if you get too aggressive with sticks. The one thing I didn't like was you have to remove all blades to take the body off. Since the body is mounted with 4 screws, I split the body down the middle. Fly’s fine, and you don't even notice it. Hope this was helpful."

"I own two helicopters that I bought from Xheli, and after a year now I am very satisfied with both their products and service.

Crashing model helicopters is a both a reality, and a way of life - along with replacing their broken parts, and flying again. Having easy access to spare parts makes all the difference, and Xheli has had the necessary replacement parts to keep both my birds flying.

I have found that the best way to contact Xheli for assistance is their online-chat feature on their website - that way I can find out order status, find repair parts, and ask various questions. (One tech even invited me down locally to their support center to correct a problem on my second helicopter after I had just bought it.)

A couple of my friends have since bought R/C helicopters from Xheli on my recommendations, and are now also enjoying model flying. Xheli has made R/C flying more affordable."

"This was the 4th order that I placed with Xheli, the 1st being on March 30th of this year. I have placed a 5th order since then. I find the prices to be very good with the order processing and ground shipping to be consistant. My only gripe would be about quantity 3 of a small part that was shown in stock on May 5th when I ordered it. I didn't get the back order/partial shipment notice until one day after the order shipped. I responded to the backorder notice because I also noticed that two of the parts descriptions had changed. This generated an auto-response, "We shall have you someone contact you on the issue in 1-2 business days,..." on the 9th. They never contacted me. I sent another email to them on the 18th, mentioniog that they never got back to me but that the parts they did send were correct. I got the same, "Dear Customer, We shall have you someone contact you on the issue in 1-2 business days,...", back on the 18th. I still haven't heard back from them on the backordeed parts. I would give XHeli a 10 out of 10 rating were it not for the unacceptable, (non-responsive), Customer Service. Let's call it 8 out of 10 with high hopes that they will get their act together responding to customers and perhaps, for a little better inventory control. "

" The Airwolf heli i purchased went above and beyond my expectations. The heli itself was much bigger than expected. Although a little touchy at first, its very easy to control. Its pretty easy to set the trim as well. I really like how fast it gains altitude. The battery life runs 12-15 minutes and takes about an hour per charge, not too shabby at all. I highly reccommend this heli to anyone looking to get into R/C helicopters."

I needed new blades of course and the company wasn't able to get them yet as they say it is a new product to them so I have to wait. My bad for not checking that. "The Mad Hawk Heli was received in good condition and was relatively easy to set up. The instructions could use some added information in particular about the transmitter set up and battery recharging. The transmitter should be supplied with the proper AC adapter charger. The Heli is sensitive and requires trimming of characteristics in all directions. Overall I am happy with the purchase."

"ordered parts for my Genesis 450. Chose part needed from their site and clicked "add to cart". 2 ea. part # 18H-MM0647. Was sent part # M0047. Didn't check all parts when I recieved them, my bad. Called them and they confirmed from my order that I ordered 18H-MM0647. Was told I would have to e-mail the "BOSS" (Raiden) to get ok. Received a gruff reply. I sent a pic of the wrong part showing part # on bag. NOW I am told I ordered M0047 and that is what they sent. The downside of internet ordering. Never again from XHELI !!!!!!!!"

"While doing research on where to buy my Walkera 180D R/C helicopter it came down to helipal and XHELI. But after reading some reviews it seems that helipal is based off shore while XHELI is located in California. The shipping and handling was only about $12 where helipal was going to charge me upwards of $30. The package was delivered on time with everything I ordered. My experience with XHELI was GREAT. I would without a doubt use this website to purchase more awesome stuff for my new heli (which came without any broken pieces and an extra set of blades). They also have an option for spare parts so that the shipping is only $5. Overall great experience with no complaints at all."
