"I had a great experiance with xheli.com. They shipped the very next day. Everything I ordered was in the box which I've heard that some places will keep some of the extras to sell as parts. The heli runs great right out of the box I hardly had to make any adjustments. I had to search for a download to make the flight sim work on my windows 7 computer. The one that says it works for vista also works for windows 7. Also a great source of info on this heli and the fms is myheliguides.com he has put together some files of landscapes helis and planes to ad to the fms because it doesn't come with very many. The only other thing I recomend is to order a few extra blades and battery for longer flight times. You get about 10 mins or so per charge. Oh and to save some money definatly get the training gear, the first day it has already saved my butt. "

" Ordering was easy, and product was shipped out fast. I received my exceed blue ray 450 and all looked good upon first inspection. In my moment of excitment I over looked the transmitter ant. Having only a few min. to look over everything I packed it back up and waited for the weekend. The first problem was customer service. I contacted XHELI to get a replacement ant. and was told my transmitter didn't use one, even though it had a attachment for one. I said ok. Then found the ant. 2 hours later. Problem I have is, I was told bad info to me it felt like an attempt to avoid having to do anything. Problem 2: The heli I got appears to be used. It came in a plain box, and the main shaft was bent, the swash plate bearing was damaged causing a very bad sticky spot, and the top mounting screw for the main shaft had been cross threaded. Making it really hard to remove. Nothing like little metal thread rings falling on the table when fixing your "brand new heli". After my first run in with their tech support, I didn't even bother to call. I have yet to fly my new toy because I've had to order new parts, and tools. Maybe one day when I finish rebuilding my "brand new heli" I can fly it. My guess is it was sent back as a return and no one checked it out. Just reboxed it, and called it a day. Just my theory, no proof this happened. I also received no invoice, or packing slip leaving my order e-mail as my only proof of ordering. Kinda convenient if you as me."
"So far I have been almost completely satisfied with xheli. The items I received were exactly what I ordered. The only item that I was not happy with was the mini Apache heli. You could not trim it and it did nothing but continuosly rotate counter clockwise no matter how much I tried to correct it. I called xheli and you did tell me to return it and sent me a rma # but to me it wasn't worth paying the shipping again for a $25 heli so it will sit on my shelf because you can't fly it like that. But that was my choice and I have 5 other helis that I can fly. Other than that every order I made arrived on time and in new condition with everything in the box. I haven't flown a couple of them yet but with weather permitting I will try them out before the 30 days is up in case something needs returned. Overall I am satisfied with xheli and plan on ordering more in the future. Customer service was okay. When I first called about the Apache I spoke to someone that did not really answer my questions....like he was half asleep or high. So I cut our conversation short and called.back to get someone else and that person was very helpful...like nite and day. I guess you have 1 or 2 out of every business that don't do their job well. "My experience was terrible. I was unfortunate enough to have my package lost during shipping.
The first drama was to get in touch with the people form xheli.com Their "Live chat support" on the website is always Offline, I sent them an e-mail, and after 9 days without a response, i called them on the phone and I was on hold for over 1 hour before someone actually answered. They said they would review and let me know.
It has already been 5 weeks since I originally placed the order and i still haven't received anything. I've called them several times and every time i call them it has been from 35 minutes up to an hour and half of wait time.
The people on the phone where actually nice, but all they did was give me the runaround and not give me any actual information.
My experience was very disappointing indeed. I wanted the RC helicopter for my nephew's birthday (Which came and went) but now it's just turned into a headache. After 5 weeks, I'm going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge...
