"My latest purchase from xheli is a disaster.Durring pre flight testing this honeybee CP3 operated fine for about two minutes.It then went to full throttle on its own,stayed there,i had no control and the electronics went up in smoke in my house.After multiple emails and phone calls i have still not experienced the"BEST SERVICE OUT THERE" they "GUARANTEE".All i get is "someone will contact you in 1 to 2 buisness days" and "go to online technical chat" over & over.No one contacts me.The phone is either buisy or i stay on hold after a recording.No one answers.There is nothing to "tech chat" about.The item is defective & destroyed itself.I have explained and requested return for credit to no avail thus far.All customer service emails are returned unrecieved so i send them via sales to foreward.Money is not the issue as much as ethics and morrals are.Perhaps i have not reached the proper department as of yet.My latest email sent this A.M. from connecticut will reach everyone there so i will keep you apprised of the situation as it unfolds."

"About the only place I have found to get some hard to find parts, even though some may be used. If you're wanting to order a full helicopter, you migh as well look somewhere else. They are slow to ship and most of the time don't even know if your order get's put on hold for some reason. They contacted me about my order, and I agreed to shipping changes, however it took me telling them 4 more times via email, chatt, and phone for them to ever take it off hold. Once I got the helicopter, it had several defective parts, and did not fly properly. They still have yet to resolve this issue, and I have come to terms that they don't care and have ignored me. I have contacted them 3 times about the issue, with absolutely no response. They have some issues that can definitely effect the customer negatively, so be aware."
