"I found ordering from Helix to be very easy, and navigating their website was equally simple. This is the first time I've ever bought or flown a RC helicopter, and it shows. As son turned to dad to show him what to do, son learned that dad had no idea. Still, it is a fun learning process. Lesson one, choose a large, open area in which to practice.
The helicopter seems great, and we are still learning how to use the controls. When we become experts at it, we will upgrade to a higher end model.
I guess I should say something about the shipping. It all arrived in one piece and in time for Christmas, so that was good, too.

"Their prices are the best I could find and I like their videos and reviews of many of the helicopters they sell. I haven't had to deal with customer service except to deal with a very annoying delay in shipping due to slight (meaningless) difference in my shipping address and the address on the credit card. That took a couple of days. Also, it was sent by regular post, USPS, and it was supposed to be sent by UPS but I'm not sure what difference it would have made in shipping cost or time. I haven't received the item yet so I can't say anything about packaging or condition on arrival yet. I can only hope I don't have problems with it."

"This company sent me a helicopter that doesn't work, then i call to the tech support and they told me 'call to the costumer service and exchange it' and that is what i did and i requested the refund, well, i got my money back but they charged me the stocking fee, obviously i call back again and they told me that they don't have proofs that i called to the tech support and the costumer service and they can't give me the stocking fee back, so i lost part of my money for nothing, and i'm thinking that they make money and can offer those prices doing what they did with me, sending a damage helicopter and when you return it they charge you the stocking fee and they keep part of your money and the helicopter to send it to a new costumer and doing the same thing."

"I recently made a rather larg order with Xheli. When i recieved my order, part of it arrived factory defective.
I thought i was in for a long frustrating battle with Xheli as their site states they test evrything before it leaves the wearhouse.
But i was wrong.
Their customer support and tech support staff were very friendly, quick to respond and eager to help.
Not one time did they ever treat me like i was stupid, or try to treat it like the defect was my fault as other companys try to do.
I am very satisfied with Xheli.

"This company asked me to fax a copy of my driver's license and my American Express card with the numbers scratched off for "security reasons." I contacted American Express and they said not to do that. XHELI refused to ship the order without the faxed information, even though American Express had already authorized payment.
They also did not answer their telephone or email to discuss my concerns. I could only reach them through the online Chat Line. By that time, I was ready to cancel. I advise that you not work with this company. There is something wrong with the way they do business."
