"Shipping was very fast. However it didn’t seem that my helicopters had been “test flown”. One out of 3 Falcon-X helicopters worked properly. One was sent with bad bearings, and one would not lift off period to a slow motor. The slow motor was fixed with some oil. But these are toy heli’s and were supposed to be ready to fly. The average child is not going to know to oil the motor. Online customer support was very willing to help, but the response time has been very slow. Once the point is across and they ship out replacement parts, they come very fast. I give them 3.5 stars out of 5."

"I purchased a Syma 9086 RC helicopter from Xheli.com First time out fo the box the unit didn't work; contacted support and waited 3 days to hear back. Chatted online with a tech rep and was told that because the unit was 1 day out of warrranty there was nothing they could do. Even though I showed them that I had contacted them before the warranty was up but didn't get a reply. Poor customer service; clearly not concerned about service or repeat customers. I will go to Bananna Hobby. Don't buy here it's not worth it."

"I have had a terrible experience with XHELI. STAY FAR AWAY. ONLY WISH I COULD RATE ZERO STARS!!!

I ordered two heli's for my tweenagers at Christmas. They arrived on time and they were promptly wrapped and hidden till Christmas morning. When they were unwrapped neither worked. Without boring everyone with the details BOTH were non operational, never even took flight. It ruined our kids' Christmas as times were tight and it was their only substantial gift. Corresponded with XHELI via chat as it is impossible to get them on the phone and they WILL NOT call you - as I emailed and begged them to do as I had to call long distance serveral times on hold for over 15 minutes and never could get through.

Finally through email, I got a Return Auth, which after reading other reviews, I guess I should feel fortunate. They would not send me a paid return label even though they sent me defective merchandise, so I bucked up spent over $30 to pack, ship , insure and mail to them, and then when I finally got the credit they charged me a 15% restocking fee on faulty merchandise. I questioned them on it and all I get is same policy statement, its like a robot answering questions. I understanding restocking if you change your mind, but not for faulty merchandise, now I have to chase it down with my credit card company and try to work on it that way.

I am generally very laid back, but these guys are by far the worst vendor I have ever done business with. They are non-responsive, obviously don't value customers . After all the time and heartache over the whole thing ---never so much as an apology which is free...and goes a long way.

"I’ll never do business with this company again… ordered 2 helicopters – both defective. One flies so it really doesn’t matter that none of the lights work. The other one either won’t charge or just doesn’t have enough power to get off the ground. Numerous attempted calls – no answer. Numerous attempts at trying to do their web chat – no response. Several emails over 4 weeks – received 1 generic response that said they would update my issue and contact me asap – another week has gone by nothing more. Granted they were inexpensive helicopters, but what a major rip-off."
