"XHELI's most valuable aspects to me were: Availability of spare parts and helpful video reviews of their products on YouTube. The YouTube videos demonstrated that they didn't simply sell helicopters, but they flew them too, and that meant a lot to me.

The store although lacking a flashy design, was functional, logical and most importantly, usable. it was very nice how they linked to the parts page for each moldel of helicopter they sold.

My order shipped in an extremely timely manner; and ON Martin Luther King day even!

Overall I am very satisfied with XHELI, and have even ordered spare parts from them since my initial purchase before writing this review.

I bought from Xheli.com a helicopter and a flight simulator by an international credit card and they sent me a false tracking (CP285411265US) number, that here in Brazil gives imprisonment and since it's in the U.S. I can not do anything except regret for this dishonesty from their part. They have a huge warehouse people were people buy and do not receive, which is great way to get rich at the expense of others. That is easy but I'll always give nagative ratings Xheli.com here in Brazil, and that I can do because I have all the receipts proving my purchase (Order # yhst-94582326164583-208923).

I have done about 3 flights and i am learning how to hover already, with minimal damage to the rotors, i just stuck some tape on them and they are just as good as before, i bought an extra battery with it which i highly recommend, and 3 extra rotors which hasnt even been needed yet but its nice to have extra, i will post a video on youtube maybe later on today "

"I placed my order on Jan 06 2010. The order was processed and shipped by the next day. I received my order on Jan 12 as promised. My heli came boxed in a box just large enough to fit the heli's box. There was no room for any xtra packing. If this is how xheli ships all their packages, I can see how many get to the destination site damaged. I received no packing slip, no order information. The helicopter itself came undamaged and as advertised. xheli has a great site which attracts alot of people. if it wants to be the place to go in the future it's going to have to work on it's customer service and communication skills, otherwise they will not have repeat customers. Overall my experience has been good.


since my last post my heli experienced some problems. Rotors wouldn't turn. My call to xheli went through on my second try. I spoke to a rep who offered to take the heli back and have them look at it. Took only 15 minutes from the time I started to dial. through fedex tracking I see that xheli received the package and then sent another out the same day. not sure yet if they are sending me a replacement or they were able to fix my original one. I will find out soon. Either way my experience with xheli continues to be a home run.

Just received my heli back. The same one I sent in but it has been repaired and no charge for the repair. My whole ordering experience has been great. Side note: I worked for a mail order specialty company for 14yrs and know how it should be done. It's not easy providing for the number of orders/phone calls your bound to get. Just providing phone service is challenging. Xheli had what I wanted. Sent it promptly. Was there for support when I had problems and have the spare parts should I need them. Thanks Xheli you've earned my repeat business."

"Do not buy at this store! Ordered blades for my Syma S012 helicopter there... they sent me the wrong parts. Not a big deal usually. Have been trying to contact this company for 2 weeks now. Phonelines always busy, sent many mails to arrange exchange... no answer! Then sent many emails to ask them for the return address and a refund since I did not want to deal with this company any longer. No answer! Sent them a final notice of chargeback via mail and fax and gave them time to answer my email by today 12PM PST. Guess what happened...no answer! Called American Express today, asked for the chargeback and got my money back. I ve never had to do this and Im used to buy merchandise online. WORST STORE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY THERE!!!!
