"I've ordered several Xheli helis and built several for others. There are three major troubles with Xheli / EXI. One, you can't get spare parts but maybe once a year for any of their EXI brand helis. This is trouble all the way around. Second, you can't trust any reviews on their site as they will never allow a negative review of a product or service. This does all customers a disservice. My suggestion is get something name brand (not EXI) and pay a little extra so you can get parts from any source you would like should they fall out of stock. Third, most of their heli's picture one option or another but they will ship just about any part in its place should they not have stock. So you could get pro parts or lesser parts just depending on what they grab during packing. "

"Don't order from them! They sent a european plug with the charger, I called and waited on hold for 50 minutes, told they would send one out. I waited three weeks, called again, waited 40 minutes, told they must've lost it in shipment. They would send another but they don't have any. I could return it AT MY COST. Are you kidding me? Horrible, horrible customer service."

"Don't waste your time with XHeli. Their customer service is non-existent. I ordered 2 helicopters from them. One worked great, the other had obvious problems and wouldn't even hover. Phone calls to their customer service number go unanswered. The phone just rings and rings and rings - no one ever picks up. My emails have gone unanswered, even though they state that they respond to emails in about 24 hours. What do I do? Time to get AmEx involved, I guess. Too bad, their site is great and fun to browse - lot of good information. "
"This company has the WORST customer services ever. I ordered two helicopters and additional parts on 12/18/10. I received a conformation email on 12/18/10 at 1:48 pm. On 12/20/10 3:23 pm they sent me an email saying 2 of the items were not available. I called back an exchanged out the 2 items and asked if they could send it out priority at there cost. They told me it was there policy that they have 24 - 48 hours to review the order therefore they were not at fault (as you can see by the time it was past 48 hours). Also this policy is very hard to find on there site. I told them I would still take the order but I would no longer shop at they site. The agent then told me I could no longer have the order (he was canceling it) and I will be blocked from ordering in the future. Needless to say the kids did not receive there Christmas presents. "

XHeli sent me an e-mail on Dec 3th, which informed me me that it turned out that one of the spear parts I ordered with the chopper was out of stock but never asked me if I wanted to proceed in this case with my order...
The 9051 looked like it was refurbished - very tiny cracks on the canopie and scratches on the remote,sticky traces on the caring case etc...anyway, maybe I'm too picky.
BUT, it's not flying "smooth" at all, controls are not functioning well, sometimes it looks like it's loosing connection with the remote(batteries verified and charged!)The whole body of the chopper is shaky when you fly it and the main battery is not capable of more than 3min indoors flight.
Tried to communicate with the customer support about the delivery delay several times - nothing. There was some prerecorded message with lousy quality,the "live chat" link was not working and they never replied to any of my four e-mails.
VERY BAD customer "support" I'm totally disappointed.
In the whole purchase the only good thing was the price but this model is not worth even those 40$"

"I placed an order for ten S107 helicopers on 12/3/10 for Xmas gifts for all my nephews. I ordered 4blue, 3 red, & 3 yellow as I was told that that different colors fly on different frequencies - this way my nephews that are siblings can fly them together. I wasa sent an email on 12/5 indicating they wanted verification of my credit card and photo ID. I was finaly able to get through to them on 12/7 as I wanted to talk to someone from the company about this request as it didn't seem right. They indicated that it was a large order and that I never had ordered from them before so they wanted to confirm it was a valid credit card. At that time I told them I wasn't real comfortable doing so and asked if they even had my order in stock as these were for Xmas gifts and if they didn't have all 10 I would just go ahead and order them else where. They assured me they had them all in stock so I went ahead and emailed them a scanned copy of my credit card and ID as they requested.
On 12/8 I recieved a call from some at XHELI and they indicated they only had blue helicopters in stock and asked if I wanted 10 of the blue. I told them what I was told as far as the different colors indicate different frequencies and they agreed - I went on to request that I only wanted the 4 blue helicopters from the order and to cancel the remaining as I would try and order those elsewhere. I then recieved and email on 12/13 indicating my order was not shipped as it was out of stock. It was also at that time I noticed that they hit my credit card on 12/9 for the full amount of the original order for ten helicopters. I have been unsuccessful since then in reaching them via phone nor have they responded to my emails. I will never order from this company again and will tell anyone who will listen of my experience with them. FYI I did place an order on 12/8 for the six (3 red & 3 yellow) that I still needed from RC-Fever.com and I recieved them within 10 days and they were shipped from HongKong. I wish Iwould have ordered all ten from them to begin with. "
"I have been wasting my time on all the other brand helicopters. One after another I would buy one for my son, and they didn' even last 1 day. This is the best helicopter that I have bought. S107 style. I cannot believe how good it is. I ordered 2 for my husband and son. They love them. Works and flys like a real helicopter. "

I have no experience with rc helicopters, but found XHeli’s web page to be very good. Their large inventory, low prices and great pictures and videos drew me to the company for my first purchased. I decided on two helicopterss with spare parts and accessories. After placing the order, I received the shipping notice promptly, then received the package just a few days later. I was very surprised and disappointed in the received packaging, and the fact that it was missing one of the helicopters. I communicated back to XHeli, who responded back the next day asking me to provide pictures of the shipping label, which I sent right away. XHeli alleged that the box was damaged in shipment and pursued UPS for a claim. Unfortunately, their customer service did a very poor job of communicating with me regarding the missing helicopter and status of the order. I placed several phone calls, and e-mails attempting to find out what the status was. In addition, XHeli insisted on waiting for UPS to settle the claim before sending the last helicopter, despite that when I spoke with UPS myself, they indicated that they had sent the approved claim back to them days before. I finally had to threaten XHeli with returning the entire shipment before they responded back that the specific model that I had ordered was now back ordered and it would be another 2-4 weeks before it was available. I responded asking for options, but received no response. After two more days, I called again and worked with their sales department to swap for a different color. Ultimately, it took over 5 weeks to get the order filled. My biggest complaint was the simple lack of communication.
